Staff was great, helpful, welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. The place felt clean all the way around. The soap, shampoo and towels were refreshed daily.

The breakfast ran out of bananas on two out of the four mornings I was there. And the instant oatmeal selection of three or four different flavors was reduced to one or two a couple of times, too (the "good" choices already taken). And the coffee ran out one day and we had to wait for it to be refilled. Nothing earth shattering, just the extra touches that count sometimes, especially when one is in a rush. Also the refrigerator was so noisy and so close to the bed, I had to put in earplugs each night.

I really was pleased when I pulled up to the hotel.. it was clean on the outside and when we entered it was also clean. The front desk lady greeted us with a smile and everything. We made it can of late so she got us taken cared of in no time and directed us to where our room was. When we entered the room it was feeling good and smelling good. The bed sleep so good. I really enjoyed the room and will be back again..

Everything was great! Each day/night

Location was okay, right beside the highway, but didn't really notice it. Breakfast was just alright, pretty basic. Fresh fruit, yogurt, bottle water, Capri Sun pouches, couple of different kinds of cereal, waffle maker, and coffee. No bread or bagels nor a toaster. The bed was fine, with several pillows, didn't use them because travel with our own pillows. Tv and choice of channels was great. For some reason the room had 2 telephones. Lighting was good on the room itself, but not the bathroom.

The bathroom needed help. First off, the hot water took a very long time to get hot. When it did it was just a small stream of water in the sink and shower. The lighting was not bright enough. One light was brighter than the other. 2 different light bulbs. Then no light over the shower. The fan didn't work, think it was the switch not working correctly. The toilet had not been cleaned properly, still pee on the outside of the toilet from a previous occupant. And the patch jobs around the bathroom was poor. You could tell where there had been some work done previously. Also, hair on the tub, not from us. The hallway was noisy , doors slamming at all hours, with people speaking loudly and the elevator dinging.

Location was great. Hotel is very clean, staff is helpful and kind. LOVED HOUSEKEEPING DAILY! That is not common any more in hotels like it use to be and our room was so clean when we got back to our rooms. So thankful for the daily housekeeping.

The breakfast could be better. Cereal, oatmeal and waffles just isn't enough. A hot breakfast like eggs, bacon and sausage and biscuits and gravy would be so much better.

I always enjoy staying here! The front desk associates are always helpful and kind, going above an beyond to help in dealing with 3rd party booking situations. The beds are a dream - I always get a good night of rest there! I will definitely be back!

I was staying on the 3rd floor, and I'm pretty certain that a guest was smoking marijuana. I know you can't truly control what guests do, but it can put a damper on the stay. Thankfully I couldn't smell it in my room - but it was quite strong in the hallway. I would say to keep an eye on that or put something in place that strongly discourages that kind of behavior.

we were only there a short time but it seemed like a good value- clean- exercise rm- no pool- breakfast could be better if they added just bagels or english muffin and some topping like raisins for cereal so it was fine with coffee, OJ, waffle, yogurt, corn flakes/instant oatmeal, milk, bananas but somewhat soarse. Had refrig. Remodeled bath.

Got in late from a wedding and didn’t make it to breakfast . We arrived around 11pm but had called ahead to tell them about late check in . When we arrived , they said the third party booking didn’t reserve a suite . This was the main reason we chose to stay there due to needing extra space . The front desk person was able to find us one and accommodate us. She was friendly and helpful .

We stayed in a suite . When we pulled out sofa bed , a sheet was on the mattress . It looked stained and smelled musty . That would be my only complaint .

Very Clean bedding and high regard for health and sanitary standards of their guests. Professional and polite staff.

Cleanliness of the hotel.

I was charged an extra 50.00 for early check in for a room that was already ready. Just a shame! Then, the Sleep inn continues to try to charge my card 50.00 every night. Thank goodness my card was locked; therefore no additional charges were accumulated at the time during the visit. Carpet / rooms smelled like mildew or old. Breakfast was a joke.

The staff were so nice and there to assist. Answered all questions! Room was very clean and the scent throughout the hotel is amazing!

The size of the TV in the rooms are a little small and our fridge actually stopped working. The breakfast definitely needs some work. It was just a waffle maker, cereal with no milk, and sausage egg and cheese croissants from jimmy dean in the fridge.
