Located in a quiet, clean area and conveniently located next to a Waffle House and the concert venue, Amerisbank Amphitheatre. Very easy to find. Nice shopping area with restaurants/fast food a few blocks away if interested. The building is in very good condition, clean, well lit, not crowded and QUIET. Room was very clean, comfortable and well priced for our quick overnight stay. Amenities in the room were working well and properly maintained. Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, we encountered three shifts in our short stay.

Older gentleman at check in was nice. Breakfast is available which is always a plus if it’s decent. Room was spacious for my spouse and I along with our two toddlers. No complaints and beds were comfortable. I didn’t hear any noise outside of our room while inside nor did I hear anything during check in and getting to our room. Quiet.

Breakfast was very good. The location was good as well, short trip to our training facility.

The TV color was way off and un-fixable. That was the same in the other room. There were some ants as wellm but I saw ants everywhere in Georgia except at restaurantas.

Property is very nice, clean, and staff is always available and courteous when needed. Location is quiet and away from high traffic areas…but only by a half a mile at most. In half a mile there are many shopping, dining, and entertainment options - also just 3-5min from on-ramp to hwy 400.

Hard to come up with anything really. Staff makes everything running smooth, quickly addresses any inquires, and keep the place clean and pleasant. Breakfast each day is also quite good.

Nice room. Clean, had all the amenities . The breakfast was hot and fresh. We got there before check in time and the desk worked to get us in a room quickly

We always stay here, the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the location is good. This time the breakfast bar had some issues, one morning the only milk was chocolate and another the pancake machine was broken. The fruit could be fresher.

Bathroom toilet has to be flushed multiple times toilet seat extremely low to the ground . Could be a little higher up

The staff was very friendly! & on the whole, pretty clean! The sheets were very soft & the tv in the room was really nice. Also it was convenient having a microwave and mini fridge on the room. I also like that full size bottles of shampoo, body wash, & conditioner are offered instead of the mini bottles - it’s more convenient & planet-friendly.

For some reason, the second floor corridor smells strongly of chlorine. When we exited the elevator the smell of chlorine was so strong that we actually asked one another why it smelled as if the pool was on this floor. We walked past the pool to get to the elevator the first time and barely smelled the chlorine there. Makes me wonder if there are ventilation issues that need to be looked into. Separately, I would def advise people to bring their own pillows bc the ones provided give very little support - too fluffy.

The property was very close to the venue (concert), clean, updated, reasonably priced, & had hot & cold breakfast options.

I like the customer service when I came in. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. I liked the peacefulness of the room. I liked that there were available snacks for me to purchase. The customer service in the beginning was a plus.

I didn’t like the customer service provided at checkout. Woman had me On speaker phone and was talking to someone else while I was trying to check out. I also didn’t like the prices of snacks available at the lobby. The snacks were way overpriced.
