This is a very basic, no frills hotel. The room was larger than most, but did show signs of wear. It was comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The shower was hot. The bed was just fine. There is a pool although we didn't utilize it. I felt it served its purpose well and I don't really have any serious complaints, nor super high praise, save one noteworthy experience. One morning we were late to breakfast and the attendant accommodated us anyway. She was very kind and brought things back out for us. She went above and beyond.

The breakfast area is incredibly small. Seating for 12 maybe, but comfortably 6. I wouldn't say that a lot of energy goes into making that breakfast tasty or with much variety. No flavored creamers for coffee. In general the hotel is just "okay". It is showing some signs of wear.

There is a continental breakfast. However, you get a choice of one protein(Eggs or Sausages), Oranges, Orange Juice, yogurt, a waffle machine, Bread, bagels, and mini muffins. Drinks: Coffee, hot water, cereals(Frosted flakes, and fruit Loops)

I would have scrapped the frosted flakes and fruit loops, or scrapping the cereal all together. The Morning breakfast was not indulged that much, so cutting out the cereal or swapping for oatmeal instead.

Our stay was great! Checked in a little late but it was still easy and we were in our room in minutes. We walked in our room and it smelled so clean! Very nice size comfortable room. Breakfast the two days were great. Waffles, eggs, sausage patties, pastry options and oatmeal. They have several drinks options as well. The pool is indoor which was nice but it was super cold for my kiddos.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged me a $50 deposit without telling me about it at all. The guy checking me in literally gave me the receipt to sign and when I questioned it he simply said they were required to do so. I told him I would have appreciated a heads up. After my stay it only took three days to refund so that wasn’t too bad.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always had a good experience. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. They provide breakfast though I didn't partake. I checked out the pool area and it seems nice. The location is very convenient, close to many good restaurants as well as shopping. We stay after concerts at the amphitheater and it is a short drive from there. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Alpharetta.

Good experience. The location was good for us but 15min walking to find a few restaurants. The room was very clean, smelling good. The breakfast was ok, basic. So that's why price/quality is good. They have a pool but we didn't use it.

We went there for 2 nights, when we came back around 9:30pm the elevator wasn't working but during the day it was working, we don't know if they turned off at nights.

Everything. The staff was so accommodating especially trinka. Anything we needed they made sure we had it. They treated us like family. Everyone speaks and smiles. My son and I got in an accident in January and had to stay due to doctors visits. It was an extended stay but they have all been so kind and you definitely can’t beat the rates. It’s quiet and serene. I’d book here randomly just to get away and get some rest if I needed too. From my family to yours we love and thank you

The staff where nice and helpful

I only had 2 small issues. One there wasn't a show Mat in my bathroom which made shower time risky. 😂 And I requested a room on the ground floor and they said they would accommodate but when I arrived I was placed on the 2nd. If not for those small issues I would have rated higher. Overall it was a nice stay though.

Stayed for the falling in reverse concert. Rooms were nice and smelled so clean and fresh. They had mini dove cucumber green tea shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

The air conditioner was turned off when we arrived so the room was hot and muggy but it did cool off pretty fast.

Room and location was nice

The indoor pool was freezing. We chose a hotel with a pool to be able to chill. We thought it would be warm with it being indoors. The breakfast had limited options. Only had cereal, 1 waffle iron and sausage patties. As well as, yogurt and bagels! Toast. But it was ok.

They are very nice and friendly people. Check in was quick, the rooms are very clean. No roaches, or bed bugs, very quiet and breakfast was okay. The pool is open and clean. I will definitely be back when I come to Atlanta. You only have to pay a one time deposit fee of $50 dollars.

The bed could be a little more soft, but overall it was a good stay.
