The options of having a apartment like setting or a hotel room!! Ms Mercedes was very nice, knowledgeable and very attentive! She even surprised me when she said "hi Ms Mary we've been expecting you!" And "how was your trip to getting here?" She was a breath of fresh air!!

Due to a flooding issue "freshly prepared" breakfast was not offered; however, store bought sausage-egg-cheese biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, and store bought granola bars were provided. Very acceptable.

The room was unexpectedly cleaner and fresher smelling than what earlier "ratings" had indicated. ONLY "ISSUE" was the AC temp had been set at 52 degrees F, and the room took quite a while to reach an acceptable level of comfort.

The property was absolutely amazing. So many restaurants close to us and not far from the Battery & Truist Park either. Everyone with the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were an awesome size. Like small apartments. The beds were comfy.

They definitely need some updating/maintenance. I think they are doing this because the main check in area is looking beautiful!

Staff were very nice and accommodating when I needed certain things from the front desk.

The parking spaces are a little small. We have a big truck so it was hard to park.

I have stayed here a few different times due to dr appts, this place is cozy and comfortable. Staff is friendly, very helpful. Place is pretty quiet too.
