We absolutely loved the location. It was close to everything in walking distance. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The room set up was definitely different but with a vibe. We have decided that this will be our first choice whenever we stay at the Battery.

I liked everything about it. There’s nothing that l can think of at the moment. Well my window view was of the parking garage and the Double Tree hotel. That’s normally where we stay but the balcony’s there are in the inside of the hotel. It was my wife’s birthday so we were hooping for a better view. Maybe next time hopefully.

We loved the layout of the room -- there was a cute banquette seating area and all the amenities/fixtures were really nice. I also liked the bright mirror lights. But we loved the bluetooth speaker! It looked really cool and was fun to play music on when we were getting ready for our concert.

I can't believe I'm commenting on this, but the toilet paper seemed like the cheapest toilet paper ever -- that's the one thing that didn't fit. Felt very budget motel when the rest of the hotel felt really nice!

I recently stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Atlanta and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure my comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. I was within walking distance of everything I needed—restaurants, shopping, and local attractions were all just a short stroll away. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the vibrant city without the hassle of transportation. The hotel itself had a modern and inviting atmosphere, which I loved. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout my stay.

While my experience was mostly fantastic, I did encounter a bit of confusion with parking. When I booked, it mentioned that valet service was an option, but I found that the hotel is attached to a parking garage that serves multiple establishments in the area. There were no big visual signs at the entryway to guide us, and we ended up leaving and re-entering the parking lot three times! Eventually, we noticed a small note on the parking ticket box that stated "Aloft parking," which confirmed we were indeed in the right place to park.

We liked the close proximity to Truist Park which was the purpose of our trip to watch baseball games. Also liked the closeness of the movie theater, and all the places to be able to walk to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parked our car at check in, and didn't have to go anywhere by car for our 3 night stay. We also utilized the large table in the common space in the lobby to play cards with our friends. Atmosphere was a little hip and trendy for us (late 60's/early 70's) but we managed. Seemed to have all age groups with a similar purpose... heading to the ballpark.

The location is excellent and within walking distance to everything in the Battery. It’s the perfect location for a Braves game.

The room layout does not allow any privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. We had an extended wait time for a clean room along with several other guests. It was disappointing that rooms were not ready for our check-in time. We waited an hour past check-in time for our room to be cleaned.

Great location, everyone very friendly. I think the room was small and expensive. I visit the area often and think the prices of everything keep a lot from visiting. I always have a great time. I always feel very safe when here. If you can afford it I recommend visiting.

Outside on the ground floor by the hotel where the store is it was just nasty. Lots of people there partying very loud when you approached the entrance to the Aloft. The next morning there was trash everywhere and all the tables and chairs were everywhere. This is not a good sight for coming into the Aloft entrance on the ground floor.

perfect location for a Braves game if you aren't looking to spend lots of $$$$ for a stay that is walkable to the ball park this is the place for you. It's so easily accessible that we won some gear at the gates of truist park and walked back to our room to put it up while the gates were opening. It was great location and decently priced.

The rooms were a tad small, but definitely doable. Everything was clean and fresh. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the cinema across the street and a stroll through the battery. Staff was very helpful at check in and I loved that after 10pm you can only enter with your room key. I felt safe. Would definitely go back!

The check in person was also the acting bartender. We couldn't get drinks because she was busy checking guest in. Also the bar was out of several ingredients to make certain drinks. She did do her best with what she had to work with.
