Friendly staff, clean hotel, great room size. Honestly everything about the staff and the room was great. Warm cookies and check in and bottles of water in the room are excellent additions.

The hotel breakfast was $20 per person. Honestly for $270 a night I should get a free breakfast.

The room was amazingly set up. There was enough space for at least 4 people to sleep. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and water for accommodations.

I didn’t like the fact that parking was NOT included in the price of the room even though there was parking available in their parking lot that happened to be blocked off. They forced you to park in the parking deck at an additional 30$ a day. There wasn’t a microwave in the room and then breakfast was also an additional fee of 19.99 per person. I wouldn’t mind the extra fees had I known about it prior to booking and selecting this hotel. I think that all of these extra fees should be on the website so the consumer is fully aware of what it will cost to stay at this location.

The proximity to the Battery The staff were friendly and always smiling- you feel that Bed and pillows were comfortable, I know this is subjective The room was spacious, quiet and met my preferences for a small kitchen area; coffee station (I bring my own coffee), sink, fridge, an island desk

My 1st morning breakfast (eggs benny) wasn't that good Took some time to get hot water from the shower. I learnt though to turn it on and go do other things I would have liked a microwave in my room, however, there is one downstairs on the ground floor you can use

Safe, clean and very welcoming

Stayed in a room with an indoor balcony and the one complaint is the noise traveling through the balcony doors. Not a deal breaker, just something to think about if considering a similar room. I had to pay for parking at a hotel that I was already paying to stay at. I traveled from 45 minutes away, so showing up without a vehicle isn’t really an option. Parking should come with the stay. That is a very greedy practice on the hotel’s part and if I had time to look elsewhere for hotels to stay at with parking included, I would have.

Breakfast was great. Great selection. Location was perfect. All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Maybe a menu in the room for the restaurant. Maybe some extra toilet paper in the room, extra coffee and cups; however, those are very minor complaints (if I have to come up with something).

The beds were so comfy. Clean. Staff was very nice. Easy check in and check out.

Breakfast was not included. 18.99 was alittle pricy for us to eat a piece. Also I paid 10 $ extra for a balcony, which most would think the balcony was outside... no. It is an inside balcony overlooking the lobby which was totally not worth paying 10$ extra for. Very disappointed about that.

I really liked my room. The bedroom was separated by double doors that led to the sitting area.

I am a large person and I didn’t like the position of the toilet paper in the bathroom. I wish that it was a little higher because it was positioned where my leg went and it made it hard to sit on the toilet.

Amazing proximity to Truist Park, just a short 5 minute walk took us to all the action. Had a nice view of a piece of the stadium from our suite, which was spacious, clean, and quiet. All the staff were amazing, but especially the front desk staff! Welcoming, friendly, helpful answering questions for us Atlanta newbies.

Close to everything and the ball field. Nice rooms and staff. Teresa was our first contact and handled us with ease. Her and staff were so welcoming coming in and out.

No identification on outside of building wasn’t sure if it was right building had to look up in sky. No signs saying it was the doubletree.
