The property is great, clean and inviting. Receptionist was caring and super sweet.

The housekeeping ruined my stay. They knock on your door very early repeatedly and when you go out they are not there anymore… for someone who came after driving for 6 hours across country is unacceptable. Please more consideration with your guests.

Kim, that checked us in, was the very definition of hospitable. Her friendly and welcoming nature reflected strongly on our entire stay. Someone with her gifted talent at customer service is an asset. I appreciated the list of restaurants she provided, her helpful attitude, and that she accommodated us with a lobby level room so my family didn't have to use the stairs or elevator.

The customer service, the hospitality, the follow-up text messages checking on us by the managers, the cookies and complimentary waters... Everyone was amazing and very kind.. The location is great close or within 7 to 10 mins from restaurants, Walmart, Cumberland Mall, Braves Stadium and more fun activities in the Galleria area...

The breakfast didn't have that many options, no bacon, some of the food wasn't hot, and very little selections ...

The location was perfect for our Atlanta Braves game with it being a little over 20 minute walk. The hotel was also easy to access off the expressway. The hotel and rooms were clean and we felt safe during our visit.

The breakfast was a little lacking, but this wasn't the purpose of our visit. Also, if you're the type person that likes to walk to restaurants, etc., this might not be the best place for you. There are plenty of places around the ballpark, but it is an over 20 minute walk. There may be closer things off the main road.

The facilities was very clean, our room was spacious and quite comfortable. Love that there was no mildew in the bathroom and enough towels were provided without having to call the front desk for more. Also appreciated the early check in that they were able to accommodate at 10:00 am in the morning.

The breakfast offered had very little for plant based guests like us. Basically had oatmeal every morning along with raisins and cinnamon.

Staff was very friendly, our friends room was on a different floor and they moved us to a closer room for free and no complaints! Highly recommend if you want to be close to everything in Atlanta but not in the middle of it all.

The location is perfect for our Braves game. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and more than adequate with multiple options for starting our day.

The cable was not working in the room. When I called down to the front desk I was accused of "hooking up a game" by the front desk clerk. A visit from maintenance was promised but never happened. This was communicated upon check out.

It was so nice and clean! The check in precise was quick and smooth, they even had an area for atm and snacks. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was 10/10! I loved this place I will be back.

Ideal location if you're going to a Braves baseball game. Within walking distance of Truist Park. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. A variety of selections for breakfast - cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, omelet, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, biscuits.

Could use a carpet refresh in the rooms and hallways.

I really like everything that environment you guys employees staff everybody was great. The location was the only little problem due to the three hotel across from McDonald’s really ghetto end. The people hanging out on the side of the road make your guys hotel look bad but otherwise everything was great.
