Check-in was quick. The sraff were friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The room was clean & comfortable with lots of space to store clothes & items. Breakfast was hot & tasty.. The location was convenient to shops & restaurants but also had a restaurant in the hotel to order from. I ordered Chinese from across the street, which was great! I felt the hotel was tucked away in a safe area & parking was convenient & close. I attended a meeting for two days at this hotel in one of their meeting rooms (Rosewood), which was very nice with very comfortable chairs, a coffee & tea bar & water fridge . The hotel catered our lunch, which was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & would definitely stay again or recommend it to others.

Shower tiles were slightly slippery (but I appreciated the walk-in shower). The bed was a little too firm, IMO.

It was a great location and rooms were nice. Two of the girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The man that delivers towels, etc was friendly and made conversation every time we passed.

one elevator was broken the whole time and we were told it had been down for a month. the power was out one day for 4hours and they don’t have a generator and it was hot. one day water was off for several hours so toilets wouldn’t flush and ice machine didn’t work in addition to sinks and showers. The room was very clean and the toiletries in the bathroom were replenished. The step-in shower was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable and was appreciative for the extra pillows on the bed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was so convenient to access food and entertainment. Would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Was a somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. Although the dining area staff were very pleasant, the food wasn't up to par. Which is fine, I could just skip that next time.

Room was quite comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. Expensive but good for what it's worth. Nice to have a hotel with working hot water shower and multiple towels to use during the stay. Front desk staff were also pleasant and efficient with checking in and out. Will definetly consider this hotel next time my husband and I visit Atlanta!

Wish breakfast was a little bit less expensive but the food and friendly hotel breakfast service staff made up for the high price for it I guess. Also wish that the first girl we spoke to when checking in for the first time was a little bit more personable and helpful. Other than that, no other negative things I can think of.

It was a great location that felt safe and felt tucked away. The property it sat on was pretty and the staff was nice.

Only complaint I have is one of the window shades was completely missing which left street lights glaring through the window at night. The other window away from the beds had it so this must have been something that was broken and hadn't been fixed

William at the front desk helped ease my fears after an issue booking with this website where I was charged almost double for no reason. The hotel was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool was warm.

Only one elevator working. Breakfast was $15 per person. I did not get myself a plate but I had only gotten a muffin for my 2 year old nephew and it was still $15. I should have read the description.

The property was amazing and the staff was just as great. Called on our way into town to see if our room would be ready when we arrived (about 2 hours prior to regular check in time) and the lady was so polite and informative. When we arrived the room was ready for us to check in. Got to our room and had a strong odor that someone had smoked in the room prior to our arrival but a quick call to the front desk and we had a new room by the time we got back down to the lobby. The front desk assistant assured us our new room was completely smoke free and she had been in the room not long before we had got to the hotel. Very short Uber ride over to Truist Park for the Braves game that night and back to the hotel afterwards. By far my favorite stay for a game so far.

it was very clean and easy to navigate. The staff were all so sweet! They politely showed interest in our trip and made us feel very comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast but what we saw did look delicious. Our room was clean, the shower was HUGE, and the bed was so comfy, we fell asleep FAST!

The only part I wasn’t a fan of was the layout of the parking lot. There were areas that didn’t have much lighting. It wasn’t terrible but I feel that could have been better.

We stayed in room 132 and we didn't sleep well at all. There was all types of motors outside our window that faced the road. Road noise was very loud and the motors from all these AC unites and other things were so loud. There were noises like constant firecrackers going off both nights around 2:30-3:30 Told this to front desk she said it could have been from the stadium, but we had been at the game and it was over by 11:30..I do not think this is a room that should be rented to guest and they also had tables in the halls to our room that was very messy.

big room comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with weird tub but a lot of space. The staff was nice and there was big lobby for waiting that was comfortable.

The walls were really thin and you could hear your neighbor peeing. Easy to find ice and nice fitness center but would not let me do late check out even though my husband was there for a conference. Nice room but a bit pricey!!
