We were a little suspicious of the location when we first arrived, but it was really a wonderful stay. It is in a very quiet location and even though we weren't expecting our room to have an outdoor entry (we were on the first floor), we felt very safe. I would 100% stay here again. The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean.

There is basically no light in the whole room. We turned on all the lights and I still felt like it wasn't bright enough to do my makeup. We ended up propping the door open so I could sit in front of the mirror by the door. Also, the door to the bathroom is a sliding barn door, which means there's a little gap, and you cannot lock it, which I thought was weird.

The hotel was very clean and had no smells, the location was great for the tournament. The breakfast was pretty good. The location is close to so many restaurants and shops and the Cumberland Mall, although we weren't there for baseball the Braves Stadium was super close.

The only issues we had was the beds were not very comfortable and traffic on I-75 (no fault of the hotel) was horrible, a normal 15-20 min commute to the venue for the AAU basketball tournament ( GO TNBA SOUTH) turned into 40+mins so make sure you give yourself enough time.

I loved everything about this hotel! First of all the pricing was out of this world, That's good considering the economy. From the moment I walked in, Customer service was above and beyond any other hotel that I've been in in the past year. The rooms are Extremely spacious, very clean and up to PAR. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody who's traveling or in the area. You will be so satisfied! So I give 10 💫 all the way across the board.

The rooms were very very clean and ALL of the staff was so professional and friendly. The staff made our stay enjoyable. The pool was enjoyable, my grand girls played each day in that pool and loved the fun. We will stay in this Best western EVERY time we visit Atlanta for our baseball games and other attractions.

The only thing that realy bugged me about this stay had nothing to do with the motel or the staff, it has everything to do with roguish people and how the abuse nice people. This Best Western cooks an excellent breakfast each morning for their guests. I think some guests take advantage of this. I watched on 3 days in a row, 2 different guests rooms had a designated person to come down (usually a female claiming she had kids upstairs or in her room) and they would OVERSTOCK the plates and take even empty stack of plates for later uses. This is costing the motel and will eventually make it hard to budget. I think the motel manager needs a strong spoken person to help SERVE the breakfasts each day and this would deter those that take advantage of kindness.

I really love the beds; they are so big and soft. In addition, the lighting in the room is very calming, not super bright like some other hotels. Breakfast is always good, with a variety of hot options. The staff is friendly as well. It's always pretty quiet, which is a huge plus when you need to get some rest or do some work on your laptop. Washers and dryers worked great, and the dryer gets clothes dried the first time around.

Parking fills up pretty quick.

It was in a good location with lots of restaurants and a mall nearby. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast bar was very good! My wife was having a day surgery in Atlanta so we went two days before because of a pre-op visit and then surgery the next day, since we live 3 hours away from the hospital. We checked out on the morning of the surgery, since it was an outpatient procedure. We were intending on driving home after surgery but my wife was having difficulty getting over the anesthesia. I called the hotel back to see if we could check back in the hotel. They were very understanding and let us check back in, even though it was several hours before check in time. I highly recommend this place.

The lobby area is a little small . When trying to navigate with a luggage cart when people in line trying to check in can be challenging.

The exterior and interior were renovated really well. There was just an overall feeling of care for how a guest might perceive the place. Tommy the manager was excellent with taking care of my experience as a whole. The complementary breakfast was out of this world! I really appreciate the staff and just the inviting feeling and all the amenities that were available to me. Thank you for taking care of your guest.

Upon driving up, I really felt like they cared about kind of drawing attention and like a crisp clean look to their signage and the grounds were taken care of. I really appreciate it.

Price was great! Distance to the park was a little farther than the one we had originally booked at but....our legs aren't broken and we easily walked to the stadium....though our kids were a little tired. The beds were comfortable. The room temperature great. We were facing a street light that blinked on and off every 3 seconds and I thought it would be a problem but actually the window coverings were very dark and there was no annoying crack of light like many other hotels. The bathroom was tiny, not much counter space for phr family of four, but it was clean and imo that is more important. Breakfast was fine. We have a kid with allergies and there wasn't much he could eat but he was able to eat the frosted flakes so that was nice. Everyone employed was extremely pleasant. Even allowed us a later check out as our kids were sleeping in past morning breakfast (we brought the cereal for them)

The black marks on the shiwer ceiling in room 201. Not sure what it was, but I realize this is an updated hotel, and it will have something like this.

I came to cover an event for work and to also look at apartments. I loved the stay. I had to keep adding on more days which wasn't an issue. I like that the third time I was offered a discount on the rooms. It was quiet and they came to clean the room every day.

Overall great experience but my sheets and pillow cases weren't the cleaniness. I did find a small dead bug in my room. The cleaning ladies threw away my pizza but I was given cash to go buy more food. I stayed for a week but I wasn't able to get all of my reward points because I booked through a 3rd party but that's not really y'all fault. Again, great stay just wish things were cleaner.

There weren't many options in terms of breakfast but the options tasted so good. The cook really outdid themselves. Also the room and bathroom were super clean, the staff were all nice and comforting.

I was there in November and the pool was green, elevator is shaky but gets the job done. Overall a pleasant experience.
