The breakfast was hot and tasty everyday. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The rooms were clean. I stayed on the first floor and it was surprisingly quiet during the night hours.

The rooms are a bit small. The bathroom was also small and tight when trying to open the door to walk out.

We booked and paid a non refundable sum for this hotel room and were then told that they were in the middle of a renovation and there may be dust and noise. We sent in a complaint through booking.com but did not receive an answer. However, when we arrived the part of the hotel that we were staying in was completed so there was no dust or noise and the room was lovely. They also had Dove for the toiletries which was nice. The staff were also very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our one night here and it was a good place to stay before heading to the airport for a late afternoon flight.

The lifts had not yet been renovated and they were definitely in a state and in need of changing. They were rusty and dirty. We did not try the hotel breakfast so can't comment on that.

Guests were loud and repeatedly knocked on our door.. even called our room claiming to be the front desk. Bathroom was small.. sliding doors would help so that guests aren’t forced to squeeze close to the shower or toilet just to get out

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. All the attendance was great.Trey, the front desk attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The room that was assigned to us was very clean and smelled really fresh. The location is walking distance from chic filet. Thanks all the staff for making our stay like home.

Didn't eat breakfast, but all other service was Great. Really loved the stay. The staff was just outstanding, you don't get that type of service anymore these days.

Lotion was watery, that's my only complaint, but that is so little to complain about. Everything else was great.

The hotel was fine it was close by everything I needed since I wasn't from there

The front desk receptionist was t very nice she was rude I booked through a booking site and it uses a card on the app she told me that I couldn't use that particular card would have left but I was far from home and it was my only option

The beds were really comfortable Very clen

Housekeeping got a bit upset because we left things on the bed and didn't come back during the stay to change the bedding. It's ok because we still enjoyed everything about our stay 😊

Only one hard working Lady running the breakfast facility on Saturday morning & she just wasn't able to keep up with the demand of the large crowd.

Fitness room was closed due to renovations and the pool was a bit small, The renovations going on didn't interfere with anything just unsightly large machinery taking up parking space in the back of the hotel.

Nice remodel. Great breakfast options. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to help make my stay enjoyable. You could tell that the staff enjoyed their work and interacting with their customers.

Under remodel. Would’ve been better if the remodel area was closed off or covered up with plastic barrier, too much dust in the hallways, but this is most likely unavoidable with remodels. Breakfast should be extended until 10 AM.
