We wanted a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel was clean and the access to the airport was very good.

I expected to be able to eat breakfast at the hotel before going to the airport. The breakfast did not start until 7am. Since we needed to be at the airport early, this did not work. I realize that hotels in general might have a later breakfast time on weekends, but what is the standard clientele for this hotel? If most people stay here to get to early flights at the airport, I would suggest having earlier times for breakfast at this location, or at least having take-out breakfast options.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with such a warm, inviting attitude by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean in the lobby and breakfast area. Our rooms were clean and we had all of the accommodations we needed. We also slept so good, we didn't want to move the next morning.

Breakfast was good, but may I suggest some healthier non-carb food items? I am a diabetic, and some sugar-free syrup would have been nice. I did have tea and coffee, but a low-carb juice or sparkling water would have been nice. Also, there was a problem with the parking entrance gate lift. I had trouble scanning the key to get in and out. I was somewhat annoyed after the 6th time. The staff apologized and tried to help, but nothing was working.

Actually, I enjoyed the entire stay. Surprisingly enough, LaQuinta wasn’t as bad as I expected. It guests were very diverse and even though it is a budget friendly hotel, my family nor myself felt like we were anywhere near a Motel 6.

At first, our shower handle was stripped. It made it extremely impossible to get an accurate shower reading. The water was either extremely hot or extremely cold. Thinking that because we were at the LaQuinta, I’d have to deal with it. However, my mother couldn’t deal with it. We called the front desk and within a matter of 10 minutes maintenance was in our room (at 10 at night) and fixed it. Worked like a charm.

It was indeed a lovely stay here in La Quinta. It was my first visit to Altanta and satying in this hotel was right decision.. So close to the Airport and having free shuttle from Airport after every half an hour made our life so easy while landing late night at the airport. I stayed their with my partner for 6 nights for attending Atlanta Market and it was quite decent. Everything was perfect from rooms to hotel location.. Lots of eating options within walking distance was quite convenient. We will stay again whenever coming back to Atlanta. Thanks Anupam Raturi

Internet speed could be little better.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Also the staff were soooooo nice. The night shift girls are top notch!!! Super clean, super affordable, convenient airport shuttles. All around excellent experience. Stay here next time you fly out of ATL!

A great and memorable stay for me and my family. Although the hotel was busy, it was completely peaceful. Its proximity to the airport did not cause any noise issues at all—it was quiet and calm. The housekeeping and service staff were very polite, professional, and clean. The parking was very convenient, and the cleanliness of both the room and the entire hotel was absolutely excellent. We stayed for three days. Breakfast was acceptable—not outstanding but not poor either, just fine. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy, and overall, everything was absolutely excellent considering the price we paid.

We were satisfied with everything

I used the hotel as a glorified airport lounge, I had a 10 hour layover so I asked for early checkin which the hotel could accommodate. The room was excellent and the shuttle service was easy to find. I had some food from the McDonalds across the street and got some snacks at the nearby gas station. We grabbed a shower and rested up for most of the day. Had I been more energetic I would have gone to the Delta Museum as well. In the end, we checked out later in the evening, and got the shuttle bus back to the airport, all for less than what access to a lounge would cost.

I could have used a scale for my suitcase, as I wanted to rearrange some items before heading back to the airport.

I like that the staff is very friendly. Everyone I delt with was very pleasant and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are nice and quiet, you do not hear a lot of noise from your neighbors in the adjoining rooms. I like the location, as it is right near the airport and the shuttle gets you there quickly and does not make a ton of stops as with other shuttles from some of the other hotels. There is a RaceTrac gas station right there with a convenience store to buy yourself some snacks and they have a very nice selection. There is also a Ruby Tuesday right there in case you want a meal. Both are in walking distance. Some of the other hotels in the area are off the beaten path and there is nothing around to walk too.

I did not like the water pressure in the shower, it was very low. I was really looking forward to a nice hot shower and while the temperature was great, the water pressure was not. Also, there is no flavored coffee for the breakfast and only oranges for a fruit selection. I would have liked a bigger selection of fruit. And maybe either offer French Vanilla or Hazelnut as an option.

I like the setting and normally the property itself.

Being put on the ground floor by the front parking lot which was noisy and next to a family group who opened their doors up very early the next morning and made a great deal of noise including a family fight. They were very disruptive and hotel staff took no notice. Also the room was for special needs - I do not like or need those accomodations and find the bathrooms quite dangerous - water all over the floor from the shower.

I had booked a room with an airport view. Upon arrival I was allocated Room 126 on the ground level with east facing windows with no airport view. Upon pointing out that this was not an airport view I was reallocated a room on the 5th floor which met my expectations. Shuttle to/from airport was good.

Being told initially that Room 126 was an airport view room which it clearly was not. I had e-mailed the hotel in advance through Booking.com to enquire where to find shuttle bus at the airport but did not receive a reply. Phone call from London just prior to departure cost approx £25 and I still didn't get definitive answer after being placed on hold.
