The rooms didn't have a safe in them, and the Refrigerator it terrible small inside them . Now the hotel restaurants hours 6:00am to 10:00am and 5:00 to 10:00 pm if you went out order uber eats or doordash the Food container is square please fix this with container and I had meds I couldn't put a bottle of a drink. No bags in the trash cans this a must have please and thank you.

I had a negative experience with one of the desk clerks. I don't remember her name but I do know that her name began with the initial K. She told me that the location was booked to capacity. Then she quoted me a higher rate than was listed. I'm a frequent visitor of this location and I felt as if she didn't want to assist me because I inquired about a specific room. She had a slight attitude which almost discouraged me from staying. Another clerk appeared whom I've had pleasant experience with. She noticed me and spoke. Asking me how I was doing. When I explained the situation. She immediately researched the availability and accommodated me by booking the room that I inquired about. The first clerk lied to me which I didn't appreciate.

breakfast was as expected but still good. I was impressed with how diligent the staff were in assisting guests and keeping the area clean and stocked. the pool area was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

The coffee was actually brewed really well. and i was very happy with the fresh cream and raw sugar. i would have enjoyed some flavored cream options.

The entire property provided great service and a great complementary breakfast we especially loved the bathroom how it was set up we even left a small thank you note for the time of our stay!

Great place to stay, very accessible to stores, and the maple barnes amphitheater. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable, whether business or pleasure. Enjoyed the restaurant and the outdoor patio sitting area.

Everything. The Staff were so nice and Friendly. I felt very safe and comfortable there.

The facility was Very Clean and I was Very comfortable. I was very pleased with everything. I will be returning and I will always stay Here whenever I come to Georgia.

The only issue I had was with the Staff that came in my room unannounced(without knocking) twice trying to do their housekeeping duties. I had concerns of their entry without using consideration manners.

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful, especially during our late (and very stormy( check in. Your breakfast hostess was amazing. Our rooms were perfectly comfortable.

this hotel was super clean; like spotless. hotel is close to Walmart and a few restaurants love the little Starbucks bistro downstairs staff was always warm and friendly Queen suite was spacious with two televisions bathroom/shower was clean; love the roomy shower with no tub breakfast was okay; I would’ve liked more variety like turkey sausage, hot pancakes or waffles fitness center was nice and never crowded

no daily housekeeping yet the room cost and fees have not declined. hotel could use more towels; when I requested more towels. I was told they were waiting for towels to be washed.

Most wonderful and pleasant staff. The smell of the exquisite air freshener makes the place very inviting. The ambiance was terrific.
