The room was a good size and the beds were so comfortable. I had a good sleep every night and felt well-rested despite having very early mornings. Location was also perfect for our needs - close to the Sweetwater Creek State Park which was the primary reason for the trip, and a Walmart close to the hotel.

The hotel was overbooked and we were assigned a smaller room to the one we booked and paid for on check-in. Though we were eventually moved to the room of our choice after the first two nights.

Two queen beds with a kitchen was just what we needed for our month long stay. Laundry and gym on the ground floor made the stay very comfortable. Safety, privacy and comfort...10/10

Sometimes tiny cockroaches would be seen in the gaps of the kitchen counter top. They sent the pest control but they are doing a superficial job. Housekeeping is once a week. That too isn't done properly. WC and bathtub was not cleaned. Only the bathroom floor was cleaned. But atleast they provide the cleaning supplies so I cleaned it myself. Vacuum cleaner is also available. Overall management needs to pay more attention to the staff responsible for cleaning and hygiene.

My stay here was great , i love the mini kitchen and refrigerator was very convenient for me and my lil one who's a picking eater. The pool amenities was great and clean. Definitely will be staying here again.

They do not offer room service cleaning everyday. Require to take out your own trash.

The bed was Very Comfortable & it was Spacious.

The kitchen stove was missing one of the burner knobs. Inside the freezer the rack was a little rusted. I didn’t like how the water came out from the bathroom sink or the shower head. The pressure seemed low. Also the hot water in the shower wasn’t that hot.

The outside of the hotel is gross. The hotel is pet friendly, but no one is cleaning up after the dogs. Droppings were not just in the grass, they were on the sidewalks and in the parking lot.

Location is perfect, close to the highway. Suite was spacious, clean, and efficient. Wish the TVs were smart tv’s for streaming but cable worked just fine. Shelby was a total sweetheart!

Walls are pretty thin, the stairwell and whomever was above us sounded like they were in a WWE cage match

Most of the staff was friendly. The room was huge and clean. Bed was comfortable.

I did not like there were no breakfast. Yes,we had a kitchen but who is going out to buy food to cook and have the throw the rest away. Toilet was very low to floor.

We really wanted the pool was the reason we chose this hotel but when we arrived it was not working wasn’t the hotels fault but was still disappointing to the kids

A free breakfast would have been nice, but it did have a kitchenette, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Limited parking 1 way in an out and elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor, had late checking after a long day of officiating basketball tournament.
