The staff was phenomenal! All that I dealt with were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. The room was large and clean. The shower was great. I like that I could travel with my well trained service animal.

Although very clean, it's time for repairs: ceiling leaks, wiring, common carpets and couch in the room need replacing, they are worn out. Not complaints, just observations, since you asked.

It was very easy to get to. It was clean. The only thing is some maintance work that needs to be done. Hole in whole under window. Carpet in hallways were coming up it some areas and looked dirty. But not because of housekeeping just needs to be replaced. But everything else was great

Not much. Except strange people coming up and yelling when we were outside smoking but has nothing to do with the property.

Door key kept breaking, I was charged the same for staying 3 days as I would for 5 days because I checked out 2 days early.

When we got there, they had given us the wrong room arrangement. They upgraded without hesitation.

There was definitely smoke from cigarettes hanging in the air. The room did not have the oder, but the hallway did. They did not offer a breakfast

Location, good parking.

The curtains in my room were not closing good and I was on the ground floor. The lady at the front desk came and pinned them together with safety pins

The room was clean. The bed was so soft. I was conveniently located right across from the ice machine, which was absolutely perfect for me. The shower was so amazing. Most importantly, the receptionist was absolutely superb.

One of the outlets didn't work.

No breakfast was served

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly , the room was clean, they also had vending machines

My nonsmoking room smelled horrible and the AC unit was deafening loud.

It was clean and staff was nice and polite.

The water for the shower wasn’t really hot it was just warm.

the suite was not a suite, just a room with a king size bed and couch. not what we had intended on getting BUT we will stay again
