Our check clerk lilly, she was very helpful and informative, she made our stay quite pleasant. And the hostess that was preparing the breakfast was extremely kind and patient, she made my waffle for me .

Unfortunately, the main reason we choose this hotel was because of the heated pool , but some previous guess had poured some kind of reactive chemical in it and it was closed for my visit But the front clerk lilly seen our frustrated faces and told us that we could go to the pool in their sister hotel less than a mile away , and we did , but it wasn't heated ,so my girlfriend didn't get to swim 😪

Breakfast was better then expected more options then cereal and fruit loved I was near different stores and places to eat the king room was enough room and bed slept well the young lady check me in was great and the young man in the evening was to pool was open right off the exit was great the king was big enough to move around and sit the lady who did breakfast was great everything waa fresh abd clean

Only issue was stain on the curtains the fidge didn't get cold but that did not effect my stay the room was clean and will vist again will recommend

I really liked this room. Vanessa and Lena did a great job of selecting a great "Quiet" room. I really liked the layout and space. It almost felt like "home". I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Lena and Vanessa. Way to go.

The check out person still needs help. I don't know if they have a hearing problem, but if I have to tell you more than "three times" what my room number is, then you might have some issues there.

My check-in was almost bad. I thought I paid online with my card, but the card I used did not have my name on the front to verify it was me. Amanda, let me know that I can't use that card because theirs no way she can verify it's my card.I was unaware I couldn't pay with that card. Thank 😊 you, Amanda, for letting me know, and now I'm aware. You were a great help. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

I appreciate how helpful the staff were. It was clean and welcoming.

There are some small updates that would be nice. The elevator seems to run a bit slow and it seemed to be only one in operation. I saw a baby roach in my room at the end of my stay, which surprised me. The front desk didn’t know how to multi task. She was either on the phone helping the person who called or spending a while helping one person who had a lot of questions. For example, she didn’t greet/acknowledge who was in front of her until she got off the phone.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast staff was amazing I observe they had great customer when myself and other guest needed help with something. They constantly kept the food coming and the dining room clean. The first night we stayed there the room above us was extremely loud. You could hear them running jumping etc…my daughter and I went down around 130am to move out room and she moved it with no problem and was concerned. That was a con for me bc you can hear everything as if your in a apartment under some noisy tenants! She also said she was sorry that the guest was making to much noise. I really appreciated that. This me and my daughter second year coming to Lithia springs for six flags and we had to stay in a more affordable hotel which I knew it wasn’t like the first one we stayed in (I won’t brag on the hotel) but the hotel could definitely use some restoration. The pool should be clean every night also when closed. The hotel itself smelled old. The perks of the hotel is it is located 7 mins the most from six flags right off the interstate and near Walmart and many food outlets! Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was amazing! The location was perfect! The hotel just needs some renovations asap!

The bed top cover really threw me off when I first walked in. It was too many linen ball on it. But after I decided to pull it back it was hiding a good looking Comforter. I wish it was some kind of paper towel and hand soap by both sinks.

Upon arrival at the hotel my family and I were greeted with a smile and checked in with ease. The hotel staff was very informative concerning the policy of the hotel and answered my questions. When I checked in I was told by the hotel staff I would have to give an $100.00 deposit when paying with cash but it would be returned to me at checkout. When I checked out it was returned to me as stated.

I didn't like having to pay a $100 deposit because I was paying with cash instead of a credit card.

The pool wasn’t open due to renovation did not let us know ahead of time they sent us to another pool the rude manager said their pool was closed had to spend extra money to go swim somewhere else.

The indoor pool was being treated so closed during our visit(which is one reason I chose this hotel), they did have a sister hotel close by that we could use there indoor pool
