Location is very convenient to the airport. A few restaurants/bars nearby. Room was comfortable and loved that it is a suite with kitchen and living room. On certain days of the week, they offer a cocktail hour with complimentary beer and wine and a few appetizers.

Breakfast is standard hotel buffet style breakfast, mediocre at best. When we checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied. The front desk corrected the issue immediately, but it was not ideal.

The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. The free breakfast exceeded expectation and was significantly better than most other accommodations in the area. The hotel is extremely clean and relatively close walking distance to restaurants (though limited on dinner options in the area). The use of washers/dryers in the laundry room were free, which is also a huge plus. Overall a very good experience.

Though it's nice to have a gym, the gym is small and has limited equipment. If there were already two people present in the gym using the weight equipment, it was too many to share the equipment available.

It's the best hotel I've been to in America so far. I love how clean and spacious it was. The blankets were soft and didn't have a nasty smell to it (yes, even the top quilt). I even saw them cleaning the sofa cushions when we checked in. The full-sized fridge has the option to create ice in the freezer. The small kitchen has two flat stovetop burners, a convection microwave, a set of dishes, utensils, a knife, a pot, and a pan. They do have a mini liquid dish soap for hand washing dishes and a dish washer tab for the small dish washer. The toilet and shower are together while the sink is outside. They provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Everyone at the hotel was so nice and friendly. Very welcoming and patient. They have a tiny little area next to the front desk that has a few drinks and snacks you can buy. Breakfast is self serve. Hot and cold items. They had eggs, a meat protein, biscuits, gravy, grits, and oatmeal. You can even make waffles. There's cereal, yogurt items, coffee, and hot tea.

It would have been nice if they didn't charge for parking.

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed. The room was updated, clean, and spacious. The lobby was inviting, and the outdoor area, although undergoing a face-lift, was very nice too. The breakfast was expansive with lots of options. The staff were professional and treated us more like family than strangers at a hotel. The ability to leave our vehicle while we traveled was amazing since the lot is secure - the security was visible and approached people in the area.

We couldn't find much to improve on - the facility is under renovations which is hard for parking, but they are making it minimally impacting for guests. We looked at several hotels and the only thing we'd love is a swimming pool at this place.

Staff was helpful and diligent to resolve my big issue. Arrived late. 4am. Told I had 4 rooms booked. I only booked 2 rooms. Afraid I would be charged as NS. I was devastated. But, staff was reassuring. Called booking and affirm. Booking required a message from your hotel indicating was mistaken booking. Manager wasn't in. Front desk girl was knowledgeable how to make the correction. No manager available. Front desk staff was intentional and customer satisfied. I'm grateful. Ty

All good overall. My TV didn't work

We needed last minute rooms due to a flight delay, Booking.com made it easy to book rooms. Once at Staybridge, we couldn't have been happier. The suites were HUGE! Not only comfortable beds, but lovely decor and so CLEAN!!! The staff was amazing as well. We had been traveling for over 14 hours and the staff at Staybridge couldn't have been kinder and accomodating. They made sure we had a shuttle to the airport in the morning and the breakfast the next day was fresh and very tasty.

I can't think of anything. Everything was wonderful.

What wasn’t there to not like but love! This will now be my favorite place to stay when I visit the Atlanta area. From the welcoming smiles when you enter the property to the electric energy from the shuttle driver taking me to the airport. The staff, location, room, costs, cleanliness, bed, and everything in between was a perfect score.

There was nothing that I didn’t like but I guess I have to say something. They were renovating but even that wasn’t noticeable because they did everything to make your stay great and to not make the renovation a distraction for guests. Maybe, adding a warmer blanket for colder months when you don’t really need to turn on heat but just a little extra layer would help.

THE STAFF! I will stay again just because ALL the staff I came in contact with were so helpful, polite and willing to help! Also, the breakfast was superb each day a little something different! With a lot of options and clean eating areas! Good coffee!

First room had mold in back of toilet. I only know this because toilet wouldn't flush so we looked in the back to see if water was filling and BAM big mold! Staff moved us instantly! Next room wasn't as clean. Our Final room was amazing! Just hated carrying luggage from room to room but it was well worth it!

Very nice large clean rooms and basically full kitchens with full size fridge. We had a very early flight so we didn't get to try the hot buffet breakfast unfortunately, but we did get some granola bars and fruit at the grab-and-go area. Also, it is a very short walking distance to many restaurants like McDonald's etc. The shuttle driver was the most friendly guy ever, and they run ever :10 and :40 of each hour.

If you have to go to the Atlanta International Terminal, you may not be able to use the shuttle service. We were told the shuttle was for domestic flights only, but I never confirmed that personally because we flew domestic.

It was clean , modern, located minutes from restaurants, bars, comedy club and the airport. Shuttle van to airport 2x an hour , good - free breakfast & the staff was super friendly. We absolutely LOVED IT. We already determined we’ll be staying here for our next visit in May.

No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect
