Room was nice and fairly well maintained. The bed was large and comfortable, Everything was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. One of the questions asked if I would recommend as a romantic place and my answer is no, but there is nothing bad, just not the location etc. that I would think of that way.

Nothing really wrong, drawer on dresser kept popping open and the bathroom light flickered a lot. A little expensive, but then it is near Atlanta.

It is rare that you have smoking hotel rooms so I appreciate the accommodation. I like that the rooms have always been clean and I appreciate the staff was available when we needed them.

I always feel there is room for improvement. The tv in this particular room, the left side of the television was going out. The fridge definitely was less quality than the non-smoking room we were placed in first. I feel like hotel owners just put anything left over in the smoking rooms.

convenient location by all the food and stores . I live in the area and stay at hotels to have a mini vacation without having to leave far from home . This was always my go to hotel but now they have roaches , i used to never see any bugs and now i have to keep the room cold so that the roaches bother other guests and not me.. I really hate that people have ruined the hotels of douglasville with their disgusting life habits. I will continue to stay here because i love the staff and facilities are decent for the price. Roaches are my only issue , i only ever see no more than 2. i shouldn’t be seeing any they replace towels and sheets and everything in the room after each night which i like. You can have your room set back up new even if u are not checking out and have days left for your stay.

I liked that the room was clean, the shower ran really well and they had plenty of towels.

I didn't like that they didn't have a coffee pot to make coffee and I didn't like that they only had 3 pillows instead of 4. But other than that everything else was great.

One thing that I loved about the hotel was the staff. When I arrived at the hotel I got waited on by a lady and she was very friendly and pleasant I really love her personality. The room was great it was 100% clean and I could have stayed there one more night. I normally when I visit hotels or wherever I stay I always bring Lysol spray and Clorox spray I only had to spray one time and everything else was 100% clean.

Now I will say the air unit it was very very loud it never did get cold in the room it felt like it was colder outside than in the room it really needs updated and some service. The bed was not comfortable at all but it was decent decent enough to get a okay sleep. I am a very light sleeper so the air unit kept me up even when it was on low it's still felt like it was loud as hell.

Best prices. Be careful with booking.com it’s better to pay for the room in person

The prices are pretty steep. The taxes alone are alot. I love this hotel, I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

The room was the cleanest ever, and it smelled AMAZING!!! I wish all the hotel rooms would be this well maintained. The towels were so soft a WHITE, WHITE! Loved it.

The property was clean. Inside the room was a little out dated, but very clean and smelt very good. Maybe invest in some up to date bed spreads and curtains. Sheets and bed pillows we're excellent, carpet also very clean.

Alot of weed smoking on the out side of other guest rooms, I could smell it inside of my room. Lots of loud music playing next door one morning was wakened by it. These things are out of your control but maybe have some security patrol every now and then!

The room was clean and neat on arrival. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I received plenty of amenities and other items and my room was taken care of during my stay.

No complaints.
