The breakfast was great.

I had booked a king suite. When I got to the hotel I was told that there were no king beds available. I was put in a double queen. I was told that they were almost overbooked.

Greetings upon entering the building, service was quick, rooms clean,bed made for great sleep 😁😴. Breakfast delicious and varied Thank You for adding to great weekend of memories

Wasn't long enough

The location was nice and the staff su0er friendly.

Wish we had been informed that they were renovating the front of the building. The bed was super uncomfortable. Wish they also had curtains you could close to darken the room instead of the one way see through hanging.

Ask room cleaning staff for fresh wash cloth and towers she told me wait until later I was ready to take a shower then not later so I waited about 30 minutes and then took her the yesterday towers and wash cloth for some fresh ones cause she told me she was coming but that I think she had forgotten that y she should've gave them when I asked

The rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. The rooms are outdated, if you have a toddler like myself that gets thirsty in the middle of the night and wants a cool drink it’s tough. The breakfast waffle mix selection, just keep it simple. The choices were pumpkin spice and vanilla flavored mix. Food was cold even in warm incubation thingy. sausages were horrible.

The hotel is terrific and you can just walk up to the best outback steakhouse you will ever go to

Douglasville itself is shady . Just be aware of your surroundings

Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Had a good variety for breakfast with plenty of seating.

Hotel is doing some renovations ( which is good) but had to be aware of extra equipment in the hallway and work out it.

Breakfast was fair, didn't make it down every day, the location was good easy to get to from the highway.

Not necessarily, they didn’t like, the property is undergoing renovations, so yes, it is a little dirty per se. The upstairs floors, however, don’t appear as though they’ve been vacuumed very well or at all.

Best hotel I have ever been to. Clean. Bathroom and room was fresh and bigger than I thought. Quiet and comfortable stay.
