The location is in a string of hotels close enough to the town and highway without being too close or noisy. It's pet friendly with a little area in the back for dogs to do their business and includes bags to pick up after your pets. The hotel is a good value for your money with a pet fee of $25 per day for one dog. Always well-lit at night, and the doors lock after a certain time at night, requiring your keycard to get in. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, waffle makers, bagels, and juices / coffee. There is a cute little pool in the front, although it is closed for the season since its too cold to swim. Overall a good stay for the price.

The room didn't get as cold as we would have wanted with the AC not getting cold even when set to a lower temperature and the ac fan blowing constant. If you don't want to sleep like a polar bear like we do you should be fine.

As a frequent traveler, I have to say that this hotel is in the perfect location—just far enough from the bustling and often fully booked Atlanta! This is the place to be if you want quality time with your family after a busy day. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, and the rooms are impeccably clean. And oh my God! The beds are fantastic—one of the best mattresses you can find at any hotel. Sometimes, even 5-star hotels don't have such comfortable beds; trust me, I know what I'm talking about. The pool is small but sufficient for some fun. You might even spot a friendly cat in the morning, relaxing by the pool. I can recommend this hotel to anyone, without hesitation. Of course, this was my personal experience.

Breakfast could be improved with a wider selection, considering the price range.

Everything. Little to mild noise, but I had kids, some others had kids (so it's to be expected) but nothing bothersome. The location, friendly staff ready to assist with anything, breakfast was pretty good, pricing was worth it, housekeeping does a phenomenal job with cleaning the rooms and upkeep of linens, trash etc and their really sweet too Comfy beds, AWESOME Wifi, great parking, close to shopping! The esthetic of the building made it more welcoming. My kids and I love it here. Will definitely visit again.

The laundry facilities-- Really small washer/dryer. No large trash bin on floor

The property was cleaned and the staff is doing their best to keep it nice and clean. Some of the bed sheets had a few stains on them but otherwise it was okay to sleep on the bed and it was comfortable. And they are very Pet Friendly.

When I wanted extra towels for my room , one guy that didn’t speak good English was giving me a hard time to give me the towels and kept giving me in attitude and he thought I was trying to steal the towels or something. And it wasn’t that serious, I just needed extra towels for my room because I didn’t have any at the time.

The staff was professional , kind , informative & very helpful... The bed was so soft & comfortable I slept like a newborn baby.. The hotel & room were so clean.. The breakfast was 5 star top tier the food was great & everything was fresh.....

The location..... the restaurants & fast food was across the hwy & when you don't have a vehicle & you flew in it's really an inconvenience & you have to spend more money door dashing

Good value. Clean, comfortable

Checking in was difficult. We arrived at approx. 3am and found the door locked and no one answering the bell. After calling the phone number twice, we were finally able to get inside front the cold vestibule. For some reason, the outside doors were wide open and inside ones were locked. Very cold ten minute wait. The woman who finally answered apologized and was very warm and gracious.

I've stayed at this facility before and I enjoy being in the area right outside of Atlanta my room was very comfortable

I didn't like the animals running around the hotel had a couple of bugs not bed bugs not cockroaches just some strange bugs I had never seen before and I can only attest it being from the animals that are allowed to be in the facility my room wasn't swept the duration of my stay the only way I got clean Linens if I took them off the bed and threw him on the floor pubic hair from the last guest were in the shower some repairs needed to be done I handle off the drawer entertainment unit outdated peeling you need to be tossed out

It was very clean. The breakfast was great, although I wasn’t a fan of the sausage. But there was PLENTY other things to choose from. When I first arrived the leaders at the front desk were very friendly and gave me ideas to do with the family. They even asked about it later if I went and had fun! Also, I decided to stay another night and out the wrong dates in booking. Kenya was so helpful and patient! Between her and the Booking lady they fixed it for me.

The facility was nice and extremely pet friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pet friendly rooms also did NOT have carpet which is great.

The only downside was not that negative, but keeping the breakfast items stocked such as the milk and coffee were slow and had to ask for these items.

We loved it! It's been a long time since I've been excited to stay in hotel! The staff is what makes it so good, their attitude is so awesome and they are so helpful with whatever you need! I wanted to stay another night so she let me do it through booking so I could get my discount and she kept me in the same room. We stayed at the Comfort Inn by Six Flags and it was just not good but here we were welcomed and they made it feel like home! We will definitely be staying here next time! Also the pool is better here because it's outside and it doesn't smell like wet dog like at the other comfort inn! Great job to the staff again!

There wasn't anything that I couldn't get past because the staff made it so comfortable for us
