Great location and clean. Staff was every nice. Amenities were close by convenient. Loved that close to where I went for business. Love that coffee or tea was available at any hour down stairs. Room was updated. Have a refrigerator and microwave. Plus coffee maker and teas ice machine was close.

Smell of weed. I went down a few minutes after breakfast. and workers were just putting things away. When I asked for something I didn’t get anything. Has to go outside. They had the food right there. It was not completely clear. Just covered. Refrigerator for yogurt was locked☹️

It was nice and clean. The location was by everything. I like the way they supplied the body wash and lotion. The rooms were very clean and the beds slept comfortable.

The body wash were low and we called the front desk to get a replacement and they told us we would have to come down there so I sent my son and the lady at the front desk going to tell him he had to wait on room service and she didn’t know when it would be. Good thing I brought my own cuz by the time room service was on our floor we were checking out!!

A worker walked in on me without knocking and left really quickly until I worked out the door catch him at the elevator and he said that he had at the wrong room but didn’t make any sense you can tell who’s still there by the check out list which I had an extra day left so why would you enter someone room without announcing or knocking on the door for entering.

I think the property was easily accessible off I-20 and was near the necessities like a gas station, across from a Cracker Barrel restaurant, and up the hill from a Sam’s Club. Great location.

I feel like the bathroom maintenance could have been better. The toilet seat was so loose that I thought it would come off. Things like this should be identified between each iteration of customers.

The breakfast was amazing. Love the biscuits and gravy. They also offered pancakes, omelets,bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and more. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There is a Walmart right behind the hotel. The hotel is clean and everyone on their staff was very polite and helpful when you need something.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

The Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I requested a later checkout time and they granted my request with no extra charge and no hassle. I would stay here again.

Air was not as cold as I like, but they provided me with a fan for the night until maintenance arrived the next morning and resolved the AC issue.

I've stayed here multiple time and every time is great. Couldn't ask for anything else everything was great. affordable, clean rooms and bathrooms, ac worked great and the staff were great as well.

I had researched hotels online and found this hotel. If you have to stay in this location I recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 1st floor for 1 night. The hotel was updated and very clean. The staff were super nice and welcoming. It totally surpassed my expectations.

It took awhile for the shower to warm up

We stayed one night while traveling to our destination and was so pleased with the hotel. From the time we walked in and were greeted by friendly staff to the time we left. Room was super clean and the beds are comfortable.
