Had an issue with check-in my drivers license when scaned was bringing up someone else so it had everyone puzzled but ms. Mandy the gm and Mr Johnny the front desk clerk made a bad situation better nothing they did but they made sure me an my brother was able to check in had to use his those z people deserve a raise it very hard to get great customer service anymore by the time we walked out to go to the room we was a laughing they was the friendliest people I have seen in the hotel business I'll definitely be back don't know when but I have save the address and number in my phone

Rooms were very nice and clean. Cleaning staff were very nice and polite always asking if we needed anything. Price was reasonable for Atlanta.

Exiting the Motel wasn't easy due to traffic but that's Atlanta traffic. When I booked, I designated the preference for non-smoking rooms. I was booked into smoking rooms and the man at the desk at first wanted $40 to change them to non-smoking ($80 total) but then would take $20 ($40 total) and it had to be cash. I reluctantly paid it...just a sneaky way to get underhanded cash.

The location is excellent. Very close to bars, restaurants, venues etc. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower actually had good water pressure, which seems to be a rarity in hotels and motels. The TV was very large with lots of channels to choose from. The standard amenities such as microwave and mini fridge are included. This will definitely be our go-to place for staying in midtown Atlanta.

Not much to dislike. An even number of pillows would be a plus (3?). Also the pillows are overall pretty bad, but that is common with motels. An extra bar of soap would be great: one for the shower, one for the sink. Nothing to dissuade us from staying there again.

I was nervous because this hotel room was half the price of everything else in the city on this Memorial Day weekend, and I was expecting it to be sketchy. I was pleasantly surprised first by the great hospitality from the front desk, both checking and and out. Both of them were kind as can be. When I got to the room I was happy to find it was large, clean, and smelled nice. The air conditioner worked (which is a HUGE plus in my book), the tv was nicer than the one I have at home, and the room felt nice and inviting.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the extra small parking lot, took a little extra time navigating, but that's not something they can control being in a big city. if that's my biggest complaint, I think it's pretty impressive!

Staff went out of their way to help us asking if we needed anything. Really awesome maintenence worker here! Front desk was a bit hard to communicate with, but wasn't rude or anything. They were understanding of our situation and worked with us rather than against us.

Some of the outlets didn't work or perhaps they tripped while in use. I had to unclog a sink that had hair buildup presumably, but it was an easy fix. Didn't get much soap originally, but again, awesome worker staffing!

Motel 6 host/receptionist Ms.Jessica showed the best hospitality and insured that this was a great location. And she is the best receptionist ever so acknowledgeable.

The size the cleanest the freshness of the room was amazing. I was intrigued about a shower head in the bathroom.

opening the lobby door I was met with a strong odor of Marijuana being smoked by employee who was the only one behind the counter. As a former Detective I was very offended! Even more offended when I observed the oncoming shift black male stand outside the door and smoke Marijuana with the off going employee directly in front of the establishment. I said to myself I hope the owner has a camera in his home and watching 🤔

Great location. Easy check and check out process. Safety of area.

Shower was leaking. Tub was leaking. Bathroom floor was wet. (2) cigarette burns in the bed comforter. Loud mechanical noises heard in the wall every now and then?

The staff at front desk was super helpful , my room was clean just wasn’t expecting only one rag and towel but the room was really spacious and comfortable

I only had one rag and towel to shower with and it’s was me my fiancé & my child in the room

Room was super clean and updated. Also appreciated the well- lit parking lot. Good value for the price.

Bed wasn't that comfortable and had some loud neighbors our first night of the stay. You can hear every little thing outside (sirens, helicopters, loud vehicles) but it is what it is.
