Room was huge! Very comfortable to relax it. Bed was soft and comfy (although I personally prefer a firmer bed, it's great for those who like them softer). The facilities seemed really great, but we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy them. The room exceeded my expectations. Location was great and within walking distance (about a mile) to Truist Park.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is great, the room was nice and clean, very spacious, and the balcony was a plus for me!! My husband and I had a great stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

very close to the ball game clean and smells very welcoming the only thing was I called to confirm before traveling that they had a pool and they said yes but failed to tell me that the pool was closed

The location was great. The value was good. We were impressed with the size of the room, especially for the price. We had an extra $28 charged that’s supposed to drop off…it’s been a couple of days, so we will see. The room was missing a coffee maker, linen and pillows for the sofa bed and there was a sock left that didn’t belong to us haha. We were able to get linen from the front desk, but no pillows. Overall, we were pleased with everything and appreciative of the friendly staff.

The staff was great and friendly. The location was perfect for my visit.

The hotel smells of mold. I had to move to a room that did not have obvious signs of discoloration on the ceiling and walls.

I liked that the location wasn't hard to find and the placement was good due to it being close to the city.

Other than being charged twice for my stay. I had a wonderful experience. It was my first time coming and it was a little nerve wrecking seeing that I was charged $400+ for a $290 room.

The staff was very friendly. Ms. Daphne really made us feel welcomed! The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I enjoyed having a small balcony. The onsite Starbuck's was great!

Our room was so musty. Although it was clean, the smell was very unpleasant.

Parking was plentiful and free. Breakfast was so-so. It was served in a box. I ordered the sausage and egg croissant sandwich, which came with a small container of Yogurt and a banana. The beds were comfortable.

It's just old; needs updating. There was no luggage rack. The restaurant only serves breakfast.

Just things....the elevator all the way down the hall and I would have liked the bathroom to be upgraded more modern

The balcony. I love to sit outside and catch a breeze or 2, so I'm glad I didn't have to go all the way to the car or go all the way down to the lobby area to go outside.

Tub still had hair on the walls from the last guest.
