Friendly Staff, heated swimming pool,Fire Pit, pool tables close to fine dining along with fast food and the mall was super close by.

The breakfast was what can be expected for free or included breakfast but I there was more options such as something different added each day along with the normal staples. The other thing was maybe if there was better organization or a planned route for customers to go. Customers were all enter the breakfast bar from all directions to include kids all over. maybe some partitions and a sign saying enter here and exit. Ultimately staff were helpful.

I had a great experience at the Tru by Hilton. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch and had a good variety. Parking was never an issue — there was plenty of it available, which made things super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay. I would my remote control return!

My remote control for the television didn't work. So I didn't have any TV.

The sweet lady that was at the front desk when I arrived on the 22nd was absolutely wonderful and incredibly sweet. She was super caring about how rough my drive down was and gave us a few tips to get around town easier. She gave us complimentary water because I mentioned that my mom was really tired and thirsty. The room was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in and was super clean. I would absolutely stay at this hotel chain again if they are to this level. I had a wonderful stay!

I didn't really understand why there was a charge for parking at a hotel since I'm paying for the room anyway. There was one other small thing, the toilet in our room was a but loose but that's not too difficult of a fix.

Julie at the front desk was wonderful. She made my trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well organized, and easily accessible to major attractions.

This is more informational, instead of a complaint. If you decide to check in digitally, be sure to go to the front desk to receive a parking pass that needs to be placed on your dashboard if driving. If you prepaid before your stay, make certain they don't charge you again (for the room) when you're charged for possible incidentals.

Good location that was close to all the attractions we had planned to visit. Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Staff was very professional and courteous. Want to give special kudos to staff members Miracle and Armani for being extremely helpful and exceeding expectations of professionalism. These two are definitely 5-star employees!! Also want to give kudos to the night clerk who unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was dealing with a very irate individual who was cussing her and being very derogative. This lady never lost her composure, and remained professional until the individual left. She then proceeded to greet me with a smile and asked how she could assist me. On a scale of 1-10, she was definitely a 20 in that moment! Another 5-star employee!!

Beds seemed more like full size than queen which made resting a little more difficult for two people. Pillows were small and only 3 to a bed which meant either myself or my partner would only have one which was not very comfortable. Did ask for additional pillow, but unfortunately there were not any available.

Great customer service , not one time did the front desk assistant not speak in passing . Very nice set up on the lobby . And we loved the lemon soap

I didn’t like that the pool stated it was heated but it wasn’t . This was the main purpose of my booking here . Also could use better pillows or add more to the bed they make it really uncomfortable .

The location to Truist park was within walking distance. The hotel does have an on-site shuttle that you can pay to use if you don't feel like walking. The front desk worker Miracle was the best. She was kind and informative. Always smiling. Rooms and facilities were all clean. Easy access on and off Interstate.

The hotel deposit of $50 isn't reimbursed until 5-7 days after check out.

The breakfast was good. Though it should start earlier. There are some of that have to be on time for appts which include travel time in Atlanta traffic. Nadine checked us in. She is a FIRST CLASS ON THE JOB EMPLOYEE and deserves recognition for her hard work. She made our stay better.

When I called downstairs after 5 am I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone after several tries I gave up and went downstairs. I found the employees playing pool ignoring the ringing phone. That pisses me off. And WILL AFFECT MY OPINION ABOUT RETURNING. Also your soap dispensers are nice BUT NOT ARTHRITIS FRIENDLY! I could Not squeeze the dispenser hard enough to get soap. Perhaps u could have an alternative for those of us with disabilities.

My first time staying at Tru by Hilton. This property went beyond my expectations. The outside was clean and beautifully kept. The lobby was also better than others I’ve seen; the game area, breakfast area, the lounge area, exercise room, pool awesome. The included breakfast was delicious. Staff went above and beyond; very courteous and friendly from downstairs to my room. Definitely recommend this property. We will choose Tru on our next visit.

Missed the microwave in the room, and didn’t discover the one downstairs until our second night of stay. But still an excellent property to stay.

We absolutely loved the staff. They were helpful, friendly and personable. We loved and appreciated the southern hospitality. I love this hotel chain when I travel with my kids. This hotel specifically was clean and right in the heart of everything with plenty of eateries and other things to do. The entire place was clean. Staff also went above and beyond to keep items stocked. We'll definitely stay there again!
