Sink leaked bad for two weeks. The hot water was off in every building so couldn't take a shower for 5 days unless cold. I had graduation, work , and kids threw that time which made it extremely difficult to navigate going elsewhere to wash up or shower everyday. No discounts offered, no upgrades, no free stays or reimbursements for the water not being hot. I mean over all zoning laws state you can't Renta space with no hot water which is provided on said contract . I don't know. It was a nice stay other then tho

This hotel is where humanity lives. The front desk team are simply exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I am going through a rough patch in life right now and I needed somewhere inexpensive to stay. This place exceeded my expectations. Yes your room will not be cleaned before you leave to give you your privacy. But the bed is cozy, big double fridge, on site laundry, a cute kitchenette, the heater/ac works to perfection. Hibachi buffet and shopping center within walking distance. I love you guys, keep up the hardwork. The manager is very humane and understanding of clients, she should be promoted to an area manager. An insect said hello , so do well to keep your suitcases closed and do not leave any food open in your room. This is an old property (well kept), comes with the territory.

The room was clean and the property was well maintained.Also the staff is great and easy to get along with also easy to reach if there was any problems.Overall it is a great place to stay and make it your home.

I would be lieing if I said I didn't like something because I liked it all around I've been here for three weeks and I know all the staff and everyone of them are super nice and helpful.Im glad I found this place and the people that work and live here.l

Everything how clean the place is and how convenient everything is.. The staff here is a real family they go above and beyond. Mr . Anthony is one of the elite staff members that keeps the grounds safe and clean. He is the thru meaning of the phrase getting the job done . He takes pride in making sure you're safe. Front desk people are nice. People are nice and a couple days of booking will give best discount on the booking.com.

Bed……little bit small and not comfortable

The Front Desk is exceptional!! I never have to wait they always have the paper work in order and ready to go. Ms. Stephanie is excellent at what she does.

Everything the staff and the property manager is excellent in helping you with anything. And it's well worth the money..

Everything. This is a very good place to stay. I love the new rooms and beds and soooooooo comfortable.

The outside of the property is very clean and the eating place is close to the property. Also there is a Park down the street from the property. We're you can bbq and take your family to.

It's well with in reach of my job and traveling back and forth to the City. The highway way is right next to the hotel. How excellent is that.
