The location was close to Truist Park and to the mall. The staff was extremely kind, and the facility was very clean. I appreciated the “Elite” check-in line as the other line was crazy long.

The bed was extremely firm which has caused me some back issues. I had requested the two rooms I reserved to be close together, but there were six floors between them. It was okay, but it could have been much more convenient for everyone to have been closer. When we arrived, it would have been nice to be able to unload luggage at the front of the hotel, but we weren’t allowed to do so due to that area being used for valet parking only. We had to get a ticket and go find a place to park (which was quite far away due to the many guests at the hotel), then haul our belongings back up to the hotel. Since we had to park in the furthest row away, it was difficult!

Excellent Stay Near Truist Park! Very close to Truist Park — perfect location if you’re attending a game or event. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The room included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which was super convenient. As a Bonvoy member, I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, free parking, and free WiFi. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely return!

A couple of minor issues: the toilet was a bit difficult to flush, requiring extra force to push down, and the bathroom only offered bar soap instead of liquid hand soap, which felt a bit outdated.

We stay @this Renaissance Waverly Atlanta every year when my Dodgers come to town and have always had a fantastic stay. This stay however "prior" to coming was terrible! I always reserve atleast 6-8months in advance. Well, over this 6months everything was a GO, then the day B4 we were going to show up I checked both my reservations and found out someone or a glitch CANCELLED My Reservations exactly 1week before check-in date! So I lost BOTH our Executive Suites. What upset me most of all is that I got the "Oh Well" attitude from Both the Reservation Reps and Hotel over the phone. You talk about having a major meltdown , I was having one. I had no choice but to reserve 2 regular rooms which I didn't want for our Annual 5star vacation (4 Day Game Series) When we showed up Alex front desk Rep actually has Empathy for me on my experience and told me I'd been through enough the last 24hrs he was going to try and put me in better rooms. It's People like ALEX we need MORE OF❣️ I hope nothing like this happens again because we love this Hotel always have. But this was a terrible experience that's almost made me lose faith in Marriots customer service/hospitality "Training Program.

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The facility was clean and well maintained. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. The young lady who checked us into our room went above and beyond to help us check in early. The breakfast was outstanding. Check out was simple. My husband and I attended an Atlanta Braves Baseball game and chose this hotel because of the convenience to the stadium. Our stay did not disappoint. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, professional atmosphere, convenient location. I have had breakfast in the past, and it was amazing.

While trying to use personal hotspot, signal was not very good and would not allow me to do the work I needed. I felt like I would of had to purchase the Marriott wifi in order to get good signal, and the cost of the room alone, this should not be an issue or requirement. Although this site is very close to the office I and others in my company visit, I noted that this issue was a problem for them as well in the past and several have opted to move hotels. I am hopeful this is resolved.

The hotel looked clean. But my actual room looked clean but. Under the chair neat the light I stuck my hand under it looking for my shoe & picked up a black sock with a condom used condom attacked to it. Extremely nasty but I really enjoyed the hotel the cleaning people needs to look throughly & I do understand the oversight as it was under the chair. But again I do love the hotel & enjoyed everything else

I love the interior and interior of the building in the room that we were assigned to, and also the things that were included with our will stay there

There was a little interference with getting checked in, but a nice lady that was near, helped us and gave us the best service while being there Treyvia (pls excuse me if I spelled her name wrong)

We booked our room on Booking.com and it said the room had a sofa. It did not. When we arrived Thursday night at around midnight, when we awenoticed there was only one robe.I walked down to the front desk barefooted(not thinking) the security guy chastised me for not having on shoes🙄at 12:30 AM. When I informed them of the robe they both( the lady and the aforementioned guy) were like "too bad you'll have to wait until tomorrow" Also the phone in our room didn't work so I always had to go downstairs for anything we needed

I had to stay for a work event, and location was perfect for dinner and other possibilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was several different things going on at the galleria and mall, and I have no complaints!

I had a few issues with my key working properly. I assume you had to hold it a certain way perfectly, and it was just an inconvenience trying to get back into my room every time I left.

Everything, clean, friendly staff, all the amenities you need when you’re away from home. We forgot our toothbrushes & guest services had them without question or additional fees. Elevators were fast to accommodate the needs of guest who were attending the game. Close to the stadium. Quick & Friendly Check in & out.

Our shower dispensed water from head & spout, filling the tub up & was slow to drain.
