Conveniently located to ball park. The staff during manager reception was AMAZING!!!

Initial arrival- we had preselected room so we could see ball park and did checkin on my phone. It said awaiting cleaning. When we arrived the front desk clerk was short with us- until I called her behavior rude. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. I did ask for more and when they cleaned the room they took our extra towels. Wish they had the waffle station operable at breakfast.

Breakfast was fabulous. Couldn't ask for more. Omelet station was fast and delicious. The breakfast buffet had all the favorites including scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, bagels, toast, juice,coffee, and so much more. the room air was great. Easy to control to keep us comfortable. the room was small but comfortable. The bath had a large step in shower, Large thick towels and washcloths were plentiful and the shower had wall dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioners. Well thought out. The television was very large and the remote was easy to use and lit up in the dark making it easy to choose options when in bed. I was disappointed that they charged me to park. Guest parking should be free especially at the rate we were charged for the room. The free shuttle to and from the Atlanta Braves game was quick and comfortable. Even though the temp was 98 on game day, the shuttle was cool and comfortable. They dropped us close to the stadium and made regular trips from 9 in the morning till 10 at night. I definitely recommend Embassy Suites

The property was beautiful, breakfast is 10/10. The omelet chefs are great, and their omelets are delicious. The free drinks in the evenings are amazing as well. I had an espresso martini and a moscow mule while there, and they were both lovely. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms, pool, and exercise room were all spotless, it was just all around the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. We won't be staying at any other hotels from here on out.

The baseball field has caused a lot of changes. Paying for parking is ridiculous. I never had to pay 200 amenities fee up front. When I went to get breakfast, I was told I could only get one omelet made. I serve my husband. I can't get 2 omelets. The hiding of the bacon is ridiculous. I have to ask for it now. Why am I seeing pets?

The location is great, a short walk to The Battery for a Braves game. A shuttle is also provided, just be aware you may have to wait multiple times, it isn’t very large, but is worth it if you don’t want to walk. The room was great! We reserved the junior suite with king size bed and it was perfect for my husband, myself and our 17 year old son. We had a room with a sliding barn door for privacy, bathroom between the 2 rooms, living room area with sectional with pullout bed. Small coffee table, and another extended table for eating is great. The room sizes were larger than expected and very comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave provided. The bathroom was a good size also, no ventilation unfortunately. The rain shower head felt amazing, water pressure and temperature were also great. Check in and check out was very easy, employees were friendly and informative.

The view. We were in room 729 and thought it would be the city view, we had a view of the back of Hobby Lobby. Not a big deal to us though as the room made up for it. There was some cleanliness concerns. Dust build up on the electrical socket, mildew in the shower. The price for one night was pretty steep in my opinion, but it was for my husbands birthday.

I stayed at this property because of its location. The room was extremely spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was fine, although I did not have time to wait for the omelette station. I would stay here again.

The rooms can be pretty dark because of the way the hotel is built around an atrium. Even with the curtains open, only part of my suite got light. I was there for just one night, so it was not an issue, but I know I would find this problematic if I had to stay there for longer.

The staff were all very friendly and the facility was clean. I really don't have any major complaints about my stay.

This is not a huge complaint but the prepared breakfast foods like the sausage and eggs could have been better. They were the same low quality variety that are served in budget hotels. I would expect at least slightly better quality than that from Embassy Suites. One other minor issue was that some of the coating was peeling away from the top edge of the tub.

This hotel is in the center of everything... very convenient location! The staff is friendly and helpful. My room felt like an apartment (suit). Everything you needed for a stay (refrigerator, microwave, etc.) for a few days was available.

Most of the electrical outlets did not work well. We got by on the two we could find operating. Also, the bathtub was extremely slow to drain after a shower. Otherwise, the room was excellent and worth revisiting.

The long and elevator sections were a little stuffy and warm. Elevators are also slightly smaller than most. But out of everything that would be my only dislikes. Everything was amazing. From the vibe to views inside and out this was an amazing stay. The location was also close to the stadium to have a leisurely walk to and from. If you chose to take an Uber it is very affordable due to the location.
