Room was clean. Location was A1 (Near Piedmont park in Midtown and close to many restaurants and bars). Place feels safe, you need key to enter at any time. The staff was really nice. This was the morning of the Peachtree Road race and my wife was running. Check out was at 11AM so we asked if we could keep the car in the parking garage for a few more hours until we come back from Piedmont park. They accepted. It doesn't seem like much, but it saved us a lot of troubles. We would have had to leave the hotel and find another parking spot somewhere and that morning was crazy on the streets (because of the race)

Parking was a bit tough to figure out (There's a space where you can park for 15 minutes while you check-in and then your room key can open the parking garage

Everyone was super friendly AND super helpful. I was traveling internationally before and after and front desk accepted packages delivered to me without any problems. They held it for a day before I arrived even. I felt like home with chatting with the ladies at breakfast. Room had ample space and the kitchenette was a big plus, along with the PUBLIX nearby made it a stress-free stay.

Couch needs a throw pillow and the desk chair reclined too easily. Really, minor points.

Cleanliness, smart reception, and the location. The kitchenette in the room was a big bonus for us. The bathroom was quite clean and spacious. I liked the walk-in shower. The TV was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nothing specific. However, the parking garage was a challenging place to navigate with a large vehicle. We understand that in midtown, providing parking can be difficult.

room was a little less spacious than expected. the breakfast was subpar for a vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no eggs) person. there were almost no options except for cereal, milk and fruits. only veg item - hash browns were kept alongside chicken on the same plate (no care for cross-contamination).

The front desk had fantastic customer service. The elevators weren't working, and we were supposed to be on the 9th floor! My daughter is 7 months pregnant, and they were able to accommodate us and move us down to the 3rd floor so she didn't have to walk up 9 flights of stairs! The elevators were fixed by the evening time. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was huge!

The main room with the 2 beds and sleeper sofa should be bigger, not enough space to walk around the room.

Perfect location. Super close to the MARTA and is at the center of midtown. Great from someone who's traveling via public transportations (we flew in and took the MARTA carrying luggage, so is was a smooth arrival at the hotel). Didn't use the little kitchen cause we only stayed for a night, but really liked it.

Bath towels and the kitchen towel were not very clean. Water pressure a bit low.

Great and safe mid-town location, walking distance to many landmarks and attractions. The room rate is including breakfast. The room itself is spacious and well equipped and set up. Very friendly staff and team.

Noise from outside due to the main street location.

It was close to the restraunt and fox theater for our anniversary trip. The desk attendant was kind and attentive. She got me extra pillows and ice. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and definitely needed it. Breakfast was delicious! Stylish cute room with all you need provided.

The parking was a little scary. Our truck with a ladder rack fit in only one spot. But we did get to park there. Only 1 elevator was working.

Loved now roomy the room was. Had a little bit of home away from home. Great spot to stop and recharge to finish our trip to Disney.

Parking garage is super tight!! And no one really attending it to help out. Bath tub was also a bit dirty. The rod in the bathroom was rusted as well.

Considering this being our first trip to Atlanta, the location was perfect for our stay.

The bed linen and blankets could have been newer and and fresher. Spare blankets had tears/rip in them along with old oily smell. Maybe caused by the plastic bag that it was stored in
