The room was very comfortable, clean, and what we needed. The hotel itself was very clean and always had someone available to help if needed. The parking garage was incredibly helpful since it's connected to the hotel and the elevator takes you straight to the lobby.

The elevators in the garage aren't connected to the rooms floors. You have to go to the lobby and take a separate elevator. It's not bad just slightly annoying since the elevators to the rooms have buttons to the garage that do nothing.

The room was nice/spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It was clean. The staff was nice/helpful. I like the on-site parking. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Fox Theater. It's literally a minute away.

The view from our room was ugly. The restaurant and bar was closed because of the Microsoft outage. It made things a little inconvenient and more expensive.

This is quite possibly the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. It was firing on all cylinders from the moment we checked in. We had tickets for a matinee performance at the Fox and were allowed to check in 3 hours early. Our 7th floor room was amazing with a view of the Fox Theatre down below. The room, bed, bathroom was all absolutely amazing! It's very rare to leave a perfect review, but this is as close as it gets. We will DEFINITELY do this for future performances.

I have to say I've tried hard and have been unable to come up with anything, except that I've found most hotels in the Atlanta area don't subscribe to Bally Sports which is where all of the Atlanta Braves games are broadcast. I hate being in Atlanta and unable to catch the Braves, and that's the only disappointment of the whole stay.

Property was modern , clean and spacious. It was in walking distance to our venue.

No keurig coffee maker as we carry our own pods with us. No microwave in the room. No continental breakfast. Parking was unclear .. must bring ticket to the front desk to be validated. Unaware at check in. Parking is in the city owned deck next door.

due to unforeseen circumstances with the key maker. it made our stay more complex when trying to get to our rooms after the concert. However customer service was great . Workers didn’t not seem aggravated with customer in this situation still had great attitude and conversation.

It was 100 feet across from the Fox and helped me soooo much due to my mobility issues. I loved watching the Peach Bowl while having drinks in the bar and the beautiful and newly engaged bartender made it a wonderful and fun time! Everyone was so friendly and the live music was fabulous

I did not like having to leave and you putting "Bon Voyage" on my tv... LOL...there is not a thing I was not happy with or that I would change

Excellent location at the start of the Midtown high street. There was always some activity on the street and the area felt safe, even at night. Straightforward connection by MARTA from airport to hotel. Fantastic blackout curtains. Front desk staff took the trouble to remember my name which I think is impressive.

The overall feel was extremely comfortable! The young man that checked us in when we arrived was AMAZING! His name is Keyln! He was so very kind, and patient and mostly very professional! This hotel is extremely fortunate to have an employee like him! He is an asset

Everything was great

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the fact of the secured parking lot. The room was very clean. We have a room with a view of the city which I liked.

The only thing I didn't like was that I saw one price for parking and it seemed much more than what I saw based on what I was charged for parking. That just needs to be made aware of.

Clean, courteous, parking is easy, so close to the Fox, nice to have a restaurant on sight. Will stay again.

Restaurant was limited and the service was a bit slow… strange hours for being near the theatre. Could use an extra hour to catch theatre goers.
