The location is walking distance from tons of attractions (prime area in the heart of the city), cleanliness, VIEWS from every window, and quality of the stay was lovely. Very quiet in the unit (no neighbor noise) and there was plenty of space and bedding replacements. I love the laundry facility onsite and it’s very affordable $1.50 to wash and the same price to dry.

It is very close to everything and the apartment is nice inside with wonderful front desk concierge and close to elevator, making it easy for 3 little kids and the single mom for spring break!

The vacuum was broken and needed a pan for the broom to clean up crumbs.

The apartment was great and very spacious for our needs. The concierge at the front door was very friendly and helped us get situated. The host was very communicative and gave us great instructions when we arrived and departed. The location was perfect for our short trip to Atlanta for a concert at State Farm Arena.

The hallway smelled really bad, but you could not smell it inside the apartment. There was a small park right outside the apartment and there were a lot of people that hung out there at night. If they were playing music or talking loud, you could hear it upstairs.

It was a bit warm during Outlook stay so we opened the windows, but when the temp.dropped, we couldn't get them closed again. They are old and don't work correctly. They likely need replaced.

It was in central, so there was a lot of access to many places and sites, I had a fun time walking through the city. It was definitely a great price and deal for what I was offered there was two double beds and a pop out bed in the living room, perfect for a small group of friends, my only drawback was the lack of a patio meant no opportunity to smoke or vape if that's your thing, I personally love to chill out at patios, so that was a bummer. but all in all it was a great spot for a great deal.

The only thing it was missing was a patio, but all in all the comfort, value and convenience it brought me massively outweighed the cons, I honestly had no issues at all, although there was a lot of persons sleeping at the park at night asking or asking for money, it not at fault for the building seeing that was happening all throughout the city.

The place was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. It was directly across the corner from the Hyatt Regency, which was the location of the conference I was attending (hence the reason for my stay).

My main issue was with the bathroom. The shower did not drain well, and the bathroom door is difficult to close. Cutting about 1/4" off the bottom of the door should resolve the issue.

The address didn't have the name of the building so my uber driver got lost on my first day coming. That would make it easier especially a visitors first time renting from you. But the building front desk were GREAT & the space too!!! We enjoyed 😊!

Absolutely love the location and ame itunes of this condo. Right in the center of Peachtree Plaza and a block and a half from the Peachtree MARTA Station and multiple fun restaurants including Hard Rock Cafe. The apartment is spacious and quiet with plenty of towels and blankets for the 3 beds, and there were necessities such as coffee filters and coffee cups and dishes available for use. The concierge staff was helpful and the security system for the building was effective and felt safe and secure. I will definitely be staying here again!!

The only thing lacking is that we really needed an additional 1 to 2 pans to cook with.
