The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The room and facilities are clean and there are sufficient amenities for a mid-range hotel. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

The location is both good and bad. It is convenient to some good restaurants and a MARTA station is directly across the street if that is what you need. The bad, the location is in the heart of urban life with loud mentally ill homeless people hitting you up for money and making lots of noise. The worst part, do not drive a car there. They charge $52 per night for parking, and even though the valet staff are very helpful, parking, even temporarily, is a pain.

My room was ready when I arrived at 7am in the morning (I informed the hotel of this when booking). They offer to extend my checkout time at no additional cost. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room and bathroom (with a bathtub) were spacious and equipped with many amenities, such as an advance coffee machine and an in-room safe large enough to store a 16-inch laptop. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, my room had a nice view of the streets . WiFi was good. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and right next to the Peachtree Center Station on the MARTA subway's Red and Gold lines. This gives you a direct connection to Hartfield Airport and the High Museum of Art. The Atlanta Streetcar also stops right in front of the hotel. Centennial Olympic Park, home to the Georgia Aquarium and the National Center for Human and Civil Rights, can be reached by streetcar or a 10-15 minute walk. Hotels in the US are generally not cheap. But this hotel offered a reasonable price with good value for money

Breakfast choice was a bit limited during the long weekend after Thanksgiving. Only the cafe was open with a limited menu

It was a small but nice room, near elevator and ice machine. The staff was a pleasure to work with and made issues easy.

They needed to help with parking, other than saying there was a $45 valet parking. I drove around and save $15 parking it myself, but the next morning passed nearby parking for $10 instead of the $30 I paid. Also, found a used washcloth at the top of the shower screen.

Staff where very friendly especially the ladies in the coffee shop. Parking was only steps away from the door super easy. Location was great we walked to all the attractions with ease. We loved our stay. Will definitely be there again.

Check-in and check out was seamless. LJ, the wonderful woman who was at the front desk, was always smiling and welcoming when I returned. The lobby smelled like clean linen and my king bed was so comfortable.

Like most hotels, I wish that there were some more firm pillows for the people who struggle with the very plush and cloudy pillows. The hotel's location on Peachtree street can be very active with homeless, but the hotel locks up religiously after hours.

Front desk and parking staff are great

Parking is a mess. Not much room to leave car for valet. Very hectic and uncomfortable. Staff does their best to put you at ease.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the State Farm Arena. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to offer information about the area and Atlanta in general. The room I had was small but it didn’t matter because we were out and about most of the day and night so all we really needed was a clean bed and clean bathroom with hot water to shower, both were delivered. I would definitely stay again.

The restaurants in the hotel are closed but there are several options within walking distance. There is only public parking or valet parking. Kinda bummy not to have free hotel parking.

Everything. This place is a great. Clean, updated, super comfortable beds. The staff is top notch. They have a mini store on site with essentials plus some.

The only thing and understandable to some extent was their bistro. They are short staffed which bc of the employee having an emergency they had to close early.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. The bed was a bit too soft, but sleepable. We were able to book another room pretty easily for some last minute family that was joining us with some great advice from one of the front desk staff members. Love that check out is 12pm.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable (it was a bit soft) and it would be nice to have a choice between very firm and softer pillows.
