We like the location and the comfy of the bed

The staffs went in our room and half ass changing the sheet of 1 bed, they then realized we didnt want our room to be cleaned. Instead at least fixing the bed they were changing. They left as it is. The sheet of 1 bed is completely taken off, the pillows are all on the dirty floor. We called and asked them for new blanket but they never provided. We had to come downstairs again and took 1 extra blankets by ourselves. That night, my friend had to sleep on a bed with not sheet, no pillow and tiny ass blanket.

We round up at the aloft due to our first hotel canceling our reservation after calling to tell them that we would be late due to our flight. They said it was fine, but still gave our room away. It was 2 o’clock in the morning by the time we got to the loft and they were very accommodating. The last time we went on vacation to Kentucky the same thing happened and again we wound up at at a loft. Definitely worth staying there from now on instead of anywhere else.

The was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in, and the staff was super nice!

The breakfast took way too long. This was literally our only complaint. And when I looked in the window the lady would be on her phone while there was 4 orders I know needing to be done. One lady ended up just walking away after we waited 30 minutes for some literally waffles that just needed to be heated up.

The staff at Aloft is A+++++++ Ritz Carlton level service. I can’t say enough. They are informative and so helpful! I will stay there every time I’m in Atlanta. It’s so convenient to market and they are so accommodating. Kudos to management and all the staff!

The elevator is getting replaced this month so there was a small wait but honestly I only had to want one time in All the nights I was there.

Room was fine, the bed and pillows were really comfortable, bathroom was small but functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sliding door dividing the toilet from the rest of the room wouldn’t stay closed so that was a bit awkward. There wasn’t a single hook to hang towels anywhere. The AC was either freezing cold or stopped working so the room got hot in an instant.

The Hotel was really modern and visually appealing. The staff was great. There was some construction going on under our room but it wasn't uncomfortable. Overall great stay.

Location was prime real estate for exploring down Atlanta on foot. Rooms were plenty big enough for my group's accommodations. The patio located at the front of the hotel is special. Big screen TV was on all night and the seating is spread out enough for several groups to enjoy each other without bothering other guests also enjoying the area.

Breakfast was included but it was without a fee. Our voucher was for $9 towards the cost of breakfast. Also, the options available were very limited.

The hotel does not have a concierge, nor do they have a map to tell me my whereabouts. With the help of your polite and resourceful front desk staff, I figured my way around with Google map. I wanted to visit the Museum of Civil Rights and the hotel is walking distance from it. Excellent!! Room was spacious and nice. Bed is very comfy (important for good night sleep). The coffee machine was unexpected too.

It will be nice if you can have hot water kettle on the room too. Look forward to visiting it again when your lobby renovation is over.

Overall great stay, I just wish you didn't have to pay $30 just to regular park at the hotel without valet and wasn't informed of the additional charge until I reviewed my checkout receipt. I knew it was a price difference so that was partially my fault. Also an additional pre authorization charge of $75 without informing also. Other than that, the hotel was clean and up to my expectations. Will recommend.

Vicinity to the Atlanta market and Westside is only 10 minutes away. The linen was good quality and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

Some of the lifts were broken. The greater surrounding area did not feel safe.
