The location is a MOST! Less than 5 minutes walk to the aquarium, Coca cola, restaurants and more. Really good location and the rooms are comfy and big

We had a confusion about the parking payment, at check in said it was included and we parked there but when we checked out it was included but in our bill, and is $50 more so, be careful with that.

The hotel was extremely nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I didn't like that we were automatically charged for a breakfast fee. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and I did not budget that extra fee into our trip. When I pre-booked the room, breakfast was not required but upon arrival I was told it was a new policy. We had already made other arrangements for our meals so I couldn't cancel those plans. I basically gave the hotel $100 and got nothing in return. I personally do not understand why food would be a required fee. When you come with a family, that is an extra expense that was not accounted for and it could have made a difference in choosing a hotel.

Breakfast was great, perfect start to the day. Very convenient location with the aquarium and Olympic park close by. Comfy beds. Really nice employees who checked us in. Beautiful view of the aquarium and park from our large window.

It sounded like some one was running around in the room above us on Friday and Saturday night (we were in room 717). It lasted for a couple hours each night. We couldn't figure out if it was a kid or if someone was working on the room or maybe doing maintenance nearby. I also blew a fuse using the hotel hair dryer and I wasn't able to reset it myself. I called later in the day as we needed to get going and it was fixed immediately.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was only decent. I expected better. The French toast sticks were dry and tough both mornings we ate. I had hoped the second morning might bring a different option like pancakes. The yogurt and fresh fruit were good. Staff turned off the lights in the eating area 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. That was quite rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Definitely expected better from the Hyatt. Parking was so expensive.

We drove in to see my dad become a Morehouse man and I did not want to rush to leave this very accommodating hotel which was only 10 minutes away. The hospitality was great. I really enjoyed breakfast and the staff was amazing! They gave information on dining options with in walking distance & more . Anytime I needed anything it was given promptly. Valet was very accommodating as well.

The view of the construction site literally right out of our window was the only thing that wasn’t so nice.

Great location, close to everything we went to Atlanta for. We basically walked everywhere. Breaksfast was good. Room was clean and roomy. The temperature worked well. Pool was small but it was good. Gym was decent.

One down fall was parking like you HAD to pay for valet. I didn’t really care for that but it’s was my only option, then they didn’t even had carts for your luggage there , you had to go get it yourself. Bar was super expensive

Check in was super quick and easy. The valet parking was really convenient and well run. Great location for going to Hawks game. The staff were super nice and helpful. Room was clean and what we expected. Price was good considering the location.

Really disappointed in the breakfast. Considering it is a really nice hotel and great staff, it seems odd that the breakfast was comparable to an Econo Lodge. We would like to have seen more food options on the buffet and higher quality food.

Ideal for all things downtown. Walking distance from local restaurants, the aquarium, and other family friendly venues.

The extra charges that add up to a total that does not match what you originally signed up for. Taxes and fees for something’s are expectable, but for everything this just plain ridiculous. Also the construction crew going on next door kept dropping styrofoam into the pool while me and my child were swimming.

Valet parking is $60 per day, however they somehow count a day to be until 3pm, regardless of when you have actually checked in a day before. So they ask you for $20 extra if you pickup a car after 3pm, but in a totally shady way. You pay everything to the hotel at checkout (or so it seems) and then valet guys ask you for an extra $20 even though you just finished your checkout and paid everything a minute ago at the front desk. Unacceptable.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and great space. That staff was also very friendly and super informative.

The view was not the best, the building to the right was under construction and the rest was like looking at a parking lot. It ultimately doesn't matter but when you book and booking.com makes it sound like you got an upgrade and are expecting something upgrade worthy. The hallways also wreaked of weed.
