The location was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the elevator was really fast.The best thing was that shower. I wish I had a shower that nice at home.

The one thing that was slightly annoying was to get to guest floors you need to scan your key and then press your floor. This is Great for security but there wasn't good feedback. There is no noise and nothing lights up to let you know the scan was successful so if you press your floor and don't look back to see that your floor is selected you will either just be sitting there or will be taken to a different floor that the elevator was called to.

Friendly staff, the room service/restaurant food was delicious, daily housekeeping and refills on towels without having to ask, and great walking distance to the State Farm Arena.

Too many people checking out at the same time. Things would go a lot more smooth if the check out times were staggered. With that being said, I recommend checking out 1-2hrs ahead of time to avoid having to wait in the long check out line and for valet to bring your vehicle. I also did not like not having the option to self park. $60 a night for parking is a little too expensive for my liking.

Always love staying at Signia hotels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are always clean and modern. This location was perfect, within walking distance of the concert we were in town to see. We were also able to walk easily from the hotel to the aquarium.

Service at the breakfast buffet was abysmal to say the least. Unfortunately the waitress we had on the first morning of our stay was pretty awful and we had to ask multiple times for a cup of coffee and a spoon. She was also surly and had an attitude. Not what I expect from Signia staff. Everyone else was super helpful and finally we just asked another waitress for what we needed. The second morning we went to the breakfast buffet we had a different waitress and she was great.

Very peaceful, comfortable bed, over all nice property!

Can’t say I have any dislikes, again the property was amazing.

You couldn’t ask for a better location, especially for events that will be at State Farm or Mercedes Benz Stadium. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is stunningly designed- beautiful architecture.

The food in the restaurants was just okay- nothing spectacular. They have to work out the kinks of the recipes. For example, the breakfast pancakes were too dense and gummy. The cheesecake had the same gummy texture. The cleaning crew didn’t really clean in my opinion. Food crumbs were left in the room and I had to ask them to come sweep. Even when we asked for someone to clean, we noted dirt and grime on the bathroom floor.

Location and atmosphere. The restaurants were amazing as well as the bartenders and managers and front desk people. Jarod, and the manager of the Italian restaurant were amazing (female manager). Cortez and Tyra at the front desk were amazing. And the bartender in the first floor can’t remember his name starts with an R was amazing as well.

I don’t like the fact that we were not told by anyone until the last day about the $60 per day forced valet parking. I don’t think it’s fair to force someone to valet and then require such an outrageous amount of money. It took us over an hour to get our vehicle one night. Not happy about that at all! $120 I didn’t have to spend and didn’t budget for and had to make cuts for our trip home due to unexpected expenses

I liked the conveinence of the hotel as it was close to state farm arena as i was visiting to attend the Chris brown concert. This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was beautiful. Valet was very attentive upon arrival and asked if i needed any assistance with my bags. Front desk was really sweet as i arrived earlier then the check-In time but my room was already ready so i did not need to wait. They had several different food options at the hotel with a pool and spa. I stayed on the 30th floor so it gave me an exceptional view of the mercedes benz stadium which is beautiful to look at during the night time

The only thing that i struggled with was my room key. When getting in the elevator you have to select the floor your going to then tap the key on the black box and the elevator will progress to move up to your selected floor. After awhile i got a hang of it. Not really something i can say i didn't like but for first time visitors i can see them having a slight struggle as well.

The Signia was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing I wish is to have the ability to self park. This is a full service hotel so I understood the condition of having to Valet park my vehicle. Other than that, we had a fantastic time! The personal touch that the staff give. The welcome you receive and the message you get in your room makes you feel special! The food on the 4th floor is really good. The drinks are good and STRONG. Lastly the view, we stayed on the stadium side and the view was spectacular. Nespresso machine, yes please do not change that, and the TV in the room isn't an off brand cheap smart TV.

Mandatory Valet

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is a quick walk right into Mercedes Benz stadium from the lobby right into gate 1. Valet service was quick and easy and the room was very nice.

No iron in the room, no microwave in the room, and this is not the hotel’s fault but besides being right next to Mercedes Benz Stadium if you are coming for an event there the rest of the area is kind of a dump nothing within walking distance no restaurants so there is that.

Everything was exceptional. From the room (beds are very comfy and the robes are beautiful). The convenience of food and snacks and sports programs, and walking distance to state farm for our concert. Everything from convenience to costumer service was exceptional.

Paid for king stadium room - got a parking lot view. Only stayed a weekend so I didn’t feel the need to bring it to anyone’s attention. Would be nice for the next trip to receive the room you paid extra for.
