The hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice. Location to Mercedes Benz Stadium is great.

Long line to check in, of course it was during an event. Our air was not working and we text twice as it said and got no reply. We called 3 times and never got to talk to anyone other than AI Ava. We finally had to go to the desk to get it looked at. Once maintenance arrived, it was fixed quickly.

everything about this hotel is exceptional. from the customer service agents Nadia upon check-in who was so kind and very helpful. To Darvis upon check-out, who ensured my stay was great. The location was amazing directly across from Mercedes Benz stadium. The Nest on Four is an amazing sports bar. Our drinks were full of liquor, and those wings were to die for. The rooms are large and spacious. this is a great hotel!

I had an issue one with valet parking. we waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for our vehicle, only for the guy to come asked if we had the keys. my son has an air tag on his keys and pulled up the location, which showed the keys were with the car. there was some back in forth between the attendant, my son, and myself. Until I finally asked if he checked the car in which he hadn't. 2 minutes later, here comes the attendant with the vehicle. Valet, please do better, it cost way too much for you all to slacking like this.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at the Signia Hilton Atlanta was nothing short of outstanding. The valet parking team was prompt, professional, and welcoming, making arrival and departure effortless. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained — a perfect blend of comfort and style. Dining at The Nest was an absolute highlight. The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish exceeded expectations, and the service in the restaurant was just as impressive as the cuisine. Overall, the Signia Hilton Atlanta truly delivers a top-tier hospitality experience — from the seamless valet service to the exceptional dining and spotless accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

The only challenge was the traffic getting in and out of the hotel after the game. With the nearby stadium, congestion can be heavy, and it took some extra time to get through. Which, of course, is out of the hotel's control,

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was nice because the stadium was right next door. Check-in was easy nd check -out.

The air in the room took all night to cool off the room. We had the thermostat down to 64 and it was early morning before it cooled off. We arrived at 4 pm so that is how long it took. I wasn't real happy when I found out that I had to pay another $150.00 at check-in for valet and insecurities. I paid for everything a month before and nothing was said about this having to be done. I live on a budget and budget my money so this was a shock. Paying for the valet was no problem but having to pay extra after I had already paid with a major credit card for my room before hand was very ridiculous. I have no clue if I am going to be refunded back the money minus the valet or not.

Proximity to Mercedes Stadium. Room cleanliness. Chris with Valet parking was friendly, great. Front desk staff were courteous.

Hostess Staff at Nest… no hostess at stand and after waiting there, we attempted to find a seat (lots of open tables, not crowded). Were told by other staff to return to stand to be seated. When hostess appeared she was very rude. No self parking, Mandatory valet parking with additional charge. Not familiar with area and did not know of any additional parking, so had to valet for that additional fee.

Super NICE being right beside Mercedes Benz and State Farm Arena. Basically its own concrete island so you are within a protected walking distance from concerts and games. There is a beautiful pool on top and the views of the city are amazing. Restaurants on the 4th floor are super nice. Everything is clean and practically every employees is genuinely kind, cheerful and helpful.

The coffee make was a little hard to understand at 7:00a.m. Finally got it to work.

The location was perfect. The stadium is literally right there. Beautiful views of the city. Great amenities. Would definitely return and recommend.

I had charges billed to my room that I did not make, and 30 days later, still have not been resolved after calling Hilton numerous times. Apparently, there was another person booked with the same last name whose charges went to my card, but I'm told they can't check that without me knowing that person's information. So I get overcharged, and the other person gets free service at my expense.

The location was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the elevator was really fast.The best thing was that shower. I wish I had a shower that nice at home.

The one thing that was slightly annoying was to get to guest floors you need to scan your key and then press your floor. This is Great for security but there wasn't good feedback. There is no noise and nothing lights up to let you know the scan was successful so if you press your floor and don't look back to see that your floor is selected you will either just be sitting there or will be taken to a different floor that the elevator was called to.

Friendly staff, the room service/restaurant food was delicious, daily housekeeping and refills on towels without having to ask, and great walking distance to the State Farm Arena.

Too many people checking out at the same time. Things would go a lot more smooth if the check out times were staggered. With that being said, I recommend checking out 1-2hrs ahead of time to avoid having to wait in the long check out line and for valet to bring your vehicle. I also did not like not having the option to self park. $60 a night for parking is a little too expensive for my liking.

The beauty and layout of the hotel was everything!! The staff was extra friendly and inviting! Loved my city view! The room service was lovely! The meals were great with room service and dining in the restaurant

A microwave would have been nice...there was an incident where I had money to tip the sever who brought our breakfast but I had to retrieve the empty glasses from my Mother to give to the server first, I guess she thought I wasn't tipping her and she yells "Ma'am I work for tips!!!" Uncalled for... unprofessional
