Great location, 5 minute walk to State Farm Arena and directly across from Chick-fil-A. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was hot and fresh. I loved being able to pick the room (837) I wanted. It was directly across from the park. The picture I attached was taken from the room.

The hot water in the shower didn't work until the front desk told me a trick to get it working.

Almost everything. My teenagers loved the pool and gym, we had a spacious room with a nice view of the Olympic Park, and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was all in all very good with lots of options.

We absolutely didn’t like that they didn’t serve fresh made scrambled eggs. It tasted really bad and the texture felt chemically processed…. We semi liked that parking was $55 per night which is a lot despite the fact that it is downtown and valet parking. Good thing though is that they don’t charge extra until 1pm which gives you some time to do the aquarium etc after check out and before leaving.

Breakfast buffet was very good. A good selection of healthy choices. It was very helpful that breakfast was open until 10:30 a.m. Location was perfect and made it very easy to get to the Hot Chocolate 5k race. There was even complimentary snacks and water for race participants in the lobby. Staff was very polite and helpful. Always welcoming to any questions and seemed happy to be there. Check in was a breeze, as well as Check out. Bed was very comfortable.

The line for the manager's reception was very long and slow, by the time we got through the line, all of the snacks were depleted and not replenished. The room was comfortable but could have been a bit more spacious for maneuvering a power wheelchair. This was an accessible room but there still was not much room to maneuver to and from bed. The room was not equipped with USB ports in the outlets, and the phone charging pad did not work. Requested late check out the night before and was told to check back in the morning, which I did. Late check out was not granted. The valet line took way to long - especially being that it costs an additional $55 with no other parking options.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. The views overlooking the park and proximity to the aquarium were perfect. The pool area was clean, well stocked with towels, and a welcome break from exploring the city.

Breakfast ending at 9 AM meant we had to be moving earlier than we might normally while on vacation. There wasn't many eating options close by as well. Likewise, while we selected the hotel for it's proximity to the aquarium, there wasn't much else to do nearby.

The Hotel itself was great, however some services were lacking. My son and granddaughter had an early flight out and I asked for a wake up call. It never happened. When I went to valet parking at 5:00 AM, the attendant was prompt at greeting us, but brought out the wrong car which almost made us late to the airport. Attention to details could be better.

The breakfast was pretty good and being attached to Starbucks is always a plus. Didn't get the chance to try Ruth Chris but perhaps next time. Love the closeness to the State Farm Arena. Literally in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious.

Our room heat did not work and someone had to come out to provide us with a space heater. One of the woman serving breakfast was a total you know what, ignoring people asking questions and acting very stuck up because they were closing down the breakfast. You are never suppose to treat customers like that. Also, the bathroom's toilet was extremely.tiny.

Friendly hotel & valet staff. Loved the ease of virtual check in/check out. With this, not only do you not have to wait in line to check in/out, but your phone becomes your key. We did this a few hours before arrival & got to choose our floor & room location. We even got a text that our room was ready 2 hours ahead of schedule. Our room overlooked Centennial Park.. so pretty at night with the ferris wheel lit up, so be sure & choose/request the park side for the view. We received vouchers for complimentary snacks & drinks in the early evening and free breakfast. Another plus was that the hotel is within walking distance to State Farm Arena. On-site valet parking was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

It's definitely not a deal breaker, but wished breakfast hours were a little longer.

The hotel property was very nice inside and out ! Our room with city views was amazing and had plenty of room for our family of 5 ! Everything was Clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities, They even have a great breakfast buffet! ALL of the staff were so professional and friendly and ALWAYS available to help or answer any questions we had . The hotel is in the perfect location downtown , it’s only walking distance to a few big attractions like the Georgia aquarium and The Coca Cola museum also had plenty places around to go eat ! Definitely enjoyed our stay !

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking ! No fault at all to the hotel but they were so packed we had to pay to park at another hotel across the street

Location was great for visiting the aquarium, Coca-Cola store, and other attractions. Room was large and had a nice view of the park and city skyline. Furniture was comfortable.

Free breakfast wasn't good, about what you'd expect from a free hotel breakfast. Toilet in the room was inconsistent in flushing. Often, the tank wouldn't fill. Only bad thing about the location is that there aren't a lot of interesting restaurants nearby. There are some, but not many. We had to travel a bit to get to places we were interested in.

The staff was friendly, helpful, but yet very professional. They seem to genuinely care about the mission of assuring that my stay be very memorable, as well as enjoyable. Ms Dariana and Ms Danielle were to of your staff whom I couldn't forget for there eagerness to assure that all accommodations were up to standard, it was obvious that Embassy Suites standard was high. GREAT JOB!!!... I WILL BE BACK!!!...THANKS!!!...ALVIN EDWARDS...

I enjoyed everything!!!... The comfortable bed, and the warm and inviting atmosphere in the hotel. The cleanliness of the suite I stayed in, and the accommodating staff at Embassy Suites.
