the room was spacious, the view was nice. i liked that you needed a key to enter the building, it felt very safe, overall was a good location to be in. i would recommend to others if they needed to be in the area.

the shower is my biggest complaint for 2 reasons, it leaked, the seal or something was broken, and the handle to turn the shower on is opposite the door, so you get blasted with ice water turning it on. As well it could use a good scrub and recaulk as the old caulking is coming undone. The trashcan in my bathroom was broken, so that was mildly annoying, and the room trashcan was very tiny, it would be better to have a larger size. The last thing was the TV i had many issues with the remote and not being able to use the captions, it would exit instead of going back and the HBO MAX wouldn’t allow me to login and was missing a lot of the shows i would have liked to watch.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, the location is phenomenal. Check in and check out were extremely fast and simple. The front desk gave us a paper with all the local restaurants which was so nice and very helpful!

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong. The room temp was hard to control, we would put it on 70 and it would be sweltering we would turn it down 2 degrees and it would be an icebox. Also, in the shower, it looked dirty at first glance, but it was just caulking that was used.. it should be redone tho because it definitely looks dirty.

Excellent location to visit the aquarium and the coka cola museum.

The hotel is located on a very busy street so a lot of road noise especially when everyone was going to work.

Booked this location to be near State Farm Arena for the PINK!!! concert. PERFECT location! Everything is within walking distance of the Arena. Food! Centennial Olympic Park! Georgia Aquarium AND The World of Coke. Beautiful city view from the 10th floor. Comfy bed. Hot shower, FREE decent breakfast and wonderful air conditioning. Only complaint is there are no parking options when you arrive. $40 Valet parking at site but I did see event parking deck down the road for $30

A heads up. No mention of no parking when you book. Only option was $40 valet parking on site. There was a parking deck down the street that advertised $30 parking. The free breakfast is decent, would love to have a simple coffee creamer.

The hotel overall was wonderful! This hotel has 2 star attractions and that is Ruby, the front desk manager, is a superb manager and your hotel is very fortunate to have her at your hotel! The breakfast buffet that is part of this hotel is very nice and Shonda in the breakfast area is the other star attraction at your facility! What a wonderful lady she is! Your hotel is also centrally located for downtown Atlanta attractions!

The parking garage/valet thing at 40.00 a night is a big problem when it wasn’t mentioned in the booking and whether it’s the hotel’s fault or Booking.com’s fault - it should be noted or mentioned! Also, the bed in our room is quite lumpy and uncomfortable! Lastly, the shower door doesn’t stay closed/sealed to the wall so that you end up getting water on the floor outside the shower!

Friendly people, room, comfort. Very close to where we wanted to go. Really nice view of the skyline from our 12th floor room. Excellent breakfast came with our room and it was overseen by a very friendly and efficient staffer. Also, we had a bulb out in our room and it was quickly taken care of.

The choice of Champagne is very bad. We were cheerfully provided with a bottle ($50) and ONE champagne flute. Apparently someone walked off with the OTHER one. (need more than one) But, please, let your bartenders provide a better bottle than the awful stuff you make them serve.

Ruby at the front desk was amazing. She was very pleasant and friendly compared to other people we encountered during our trip to ATL.

The gentleman at the parking table the day we left was a little rude. I texted like the card said and it wasn’t but 3 hours later I received a reply stating that they were not accepting text for pick up. My encounter with him when we went down to get the car was rude when he said to me did you call and I told him no I sent a text like the card said and he responded right so you didn’t call for your car is what I’m hearing.

The hotel was clean and staff was extremely kind.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, we did notice a strong smell of marijuana as soon as we stepped outside the hotel. Of course, this isn't something the hotel can control. Additionally, we had some loud partiers next door, but when I called the front desk to let them know, they handled the situation promptly and professionally. The staff was really awesome and responsive, which we truly appreciated.

Valley parking is expensive but it's so close to several attractions. Very easy to wall across the street to Aquarium and World of Coca Cola. Breakfast included a lot of options, even gluten free options, and fruit (oranges and bananas).

Can be noisey at night, there is a night club across the street from the hotel.
