the room was spacious, the view was nice. i liked that you needed a key to enter the building, it felt very safe, overall was a good location to be in. i would recommend to others if they needed to be in the area.

the shower is my biggest complaint for 2 reasons, it leaked, the seal or something was broken, and the handle to turn the shower on is opposite the door, so you get blasted with ice water turning it on. As well it could use a good scrub and recaulk as the old caulking is coming undone. The trashcan in my bathroom was broken, so that was mildly annoying, and the room trashcan was very tiny, it would be better to have a larger size. The last thing was the TV i had many issues with the remote and not being able to use the captions, it would exit instead of going back and the HBO MAX wouldn’t allow me to login and was missing a lot of the shows i would have liked to watch.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, the location is phenomenal. Check in and check out were extremely fast and simple. The front desk gave us a paper with all the local restaurants which was so nice and very helpful!

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong. The room temp was hard to control, we would put it on 70 and it would be sweltering we would turn it down 2 degrees and it would be an icebox. Also, in the shower, it looked dirty at first glance, but it was just caulking that was used.. it should be redone tho because it definitely looks dirty.

Staff was friendly even the Valet staff was friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful, very professional. I would definitely pick them again when I go to the ATL and we were next to the Ga aquarium in a nice location.

The so called house keepers knocked on our door at 9:30am and they can't knock on your door til after 11am . They didn't even say they were house keeping but they knocked twice and then just barged in but luckily I had the door stopper activated cause we were both sleeping a little longer and the knock woke me up, I thought it was a robbery cause if I had of brought my pistol it would have ended alot different for those house keepers not following protocols. They was trying to get rooms cleaned early so they can leave early but it's not worth your life to do stupid things and not represent who you are cause what they did is what robbers do.

Carlton and Ruby were so nice to me when I called and asked questions and came in early to see if I could check in. I'm a very picky eater and their breakfast was amazing (im not even a lover of breakfast foods). Valet was amazing, they were very efficient and quick with retrieving the car, no long waits at all. The walk to the GWCC is short by my standards so I appreciate the location. Every inch of the building was clean, the availability of plates and utensils was greatly appreciated and I defintely loved the comfort of the bed!

From the valet parking to check in to room, the property exceeded expectations. Not only was a staff extremely accommodating and helpful, but the room was beautiful and well appointed. We have very comfortable night. Stay in a very convenient location to downtown activities.

We had a room facing the main street. When we stay again, we will ask for one on the backside of the hotel. At 2:30 in the morning, we could hear cars drag racing up and down the main street. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the lack of place presence to stop that kind of activity.

Less than a 2 minute walk from the Georgia Aquarium and Coca-Cola museum! Staff was extremely friendly and were able to check us in early. They had plenty of towels in the room and breakfast was delicious. Their local restaurant recommendations were spot on! Loved LOVED their Mellow Mushroom pizza recommendation.

Housekeeping didnt come by our room to clean even when the door sign was not placed outside. I also didnt ask if it was upon request so I didnt mind too much but it would have been nice to get our trash bins taken out

Booked this location to be near State Farm Arena for the PINK!!! concert. PERFECT location! Everything is within walking distance of the Arena. Food! Centennial Olympic Park! Georgia Aquarium AND The World of Coke. Beautiful city view from the 10th floor. Comfy bed. Hot shower, FREE decent breakfast and wonderful air conditioning. Only complaint is there are no parking options when you arrive. $40 Valet parking at site but I did see event parking deck down the road for $30

A heads up. No mention of no parking when you book. Only option was $40 valet parking on site. There was a parking deck down the street that advertised $30 parking. The free breakfast is decent, would love to have a simple coffee creamer.

Excellent location to visit the aquarium and the coka cola museum.

The hotel is located on a very busy street so a lot of road noise especially when everyone was going to work.

There was a spectacular view from our huge windows of Centennial Park, the Ferris Wheel and the Capital Building. The bathroom was the largest I have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so many options from waffles to oatmeal with all the fixings.

The floor had hair on it which I think came from blowing around after cleaning. Nothing a Swiffer couldn't fix.
