Sleek modern rooms. Super clean. Lobby Bar is fun. Beautiful pool area. GREAT staff. Proximity to almost everything you want to see in downtown Atlanta. You can walk to so many prime tourist locations and restaurants.

Neighborhood is urban but we felt safe even at 11pm walking to hotel from a concert. Good lighting on sidewalks. Just need to be alert and take reasonable precautions. Same as for any big city.

It was within walking distance to popular attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Valet was booked up our entire stay and we were given the choice to park across the street in an unsecured lot that charges a fee to park there. There also wasn’t clear instructions on how to pay for the parking across the street and there wasn’t anyone in the lot to ask questions, which resulted in a $75 ticket for “not paying”. When paying for a hotel, accommodations such as parking should automatically be included and secured with the reservation.

The hotel is close to the main attractions. The room was good enough for two nights. Probably not for more. Valet parking was really efficient.

The pool area was not in good conditions, lots of dead insects in the water. Generally speaking, the downtown area is really not nice so we could not enjoy it too much beside walking to the centennial park during daytime.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly the lady on reception (sorry, I didn't catch her name) and Sonia at breakfast. The lady behind the bar with the glasses (sorry, also missed her name) was also very welcoming. The location is great near the museums and aquarium on the Atlanta City Pass. The hotel has all you need, swimming pool, gym, places to relax and a bar.

The washing machines were not working.

The hotel was very clean! We stayed 3 nights and it was peaceful. They make you feel right at home. The staff was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I walked in every single employee was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful everything is organized and clean, but do you know what makes a Hotel employees that really love their job! There is also parking that you pay once a night I believe it was $35 a night and I preferred so they can take care of your vehicle overnight. If you stay at hotel there have been a lot of auto theft happening and that’s honestly your best bet! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nothing every thing was great!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay, leaving a lasting positive impression. Additionally, the facilities were spotless. Many thanks to the staff for the great experience.

It was quite loud during the night. You could hear everything going on outside, such as parties, cars, and trains. The air conditioning unit was also quite noisy. Additionally, the hotel needs renovation.

The front dest customer services was great ,Tracy welcomed us with open arms ,and made sure everything was good and up to par but she made the stay worth every min with her smile and hospitality I will most definitely be staying there when I go back😄❤️❤️❤️

Everything was likable great,and good area

Location was excellent for what we were doing; attending Falcons v Vikings game plus local restaurants and bars and local sightseeing. Room was very good, King size bed, good bathroom and shower. Hotel areas were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Valet parking cost was a little excessive and the rental car was dinked over the offside (drivers side) front wheel arch. Not good. Breakfast options were a little limited although food was fresh and tasty.

Mimi at the front desk was fantastic! Definitely the best part of our stay! The location was perfect for us as it was less than a ten minute walk to our conference at the Georgia World Congress Center.

The valet service parking was definitely an overcharge at about $50/night. I feel like this was unnecessary as the hotel room already cost $900. Also, breakfast is about $20 which I feel like should be included with the room charge.
