I was blown away by the room itself. I didn’t know I was getting a suite with a kitchen with views of the city. The room was clean, plenty of towels, and it had body wash, which I had forgotten to bring. I couldn’t ask for more. The male clerk who checked me in and out was exceptional. His customer service skills are impeccable.

It wasn’t really anything I didn’t like in particular. However, I didn’t understand that I needed to use the key card every time I entered the elevator to go up, even after other guests had swiped their cards. I understand that it’s likely a safety precaution.

The room was really nice and had a full fridge and kitchenette, which I was not expecting and excited to see. There were dishes there too, so we could have prepared food if we didn't feel liking going out. The beds were very comfortable. The staff seemed very friendly too. My friend and I explored the city before and after check out, and they were willing to hold our bags while we were out and about but didn't have access to our rooms.

The thermostat was a little tricky, and didn't seem to consistently stay on. The bathroom had a toilet and shower that were separate from the sink area. I'm not particularly fond of that style, but others might be. The breakfast included multiple hot items which was nice, but some of the items fell flat, like the sausage or the scrambled eggs.

The room was nice size and clean. It has a nice kitchen with everything you need in a kitchen. The room was very comfortable and the view was nice on the 16th floor. There was a very good hot breakfast to send you on your way. There is a lot to do around the hotel and walking distance in the daytime.

There is no parking you will have to park in $50.00 dollars a day parking garage. When booking the room it tells you there is parking available but there's not parking. It was a hard place to find if you don't know your way around town. Its not a safe place to be walking around at nighttime. STAY IN THE HOTEL AT NIGHT!

The hotel was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.Everything is within walking distance and the uber prices weren’t bad at all to get to where you wanted to go.It sometimes get loud at night but it’s downtown Atlanta so what do you expect.Overall the hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing they don’t mention on booking.com is the $150 security deposit but that’s the only thing

The location was in walking distance of where the event I was going too was at. It was perfect for me. Easy to get too. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The kitchenette was cute and had everything I needed including a microwave fridge coffee machine and utensils. The breakfast was good It had a variety of things. And fruits as well.

I didn't like that the breakfast only had pork as a meat option. This day in age ALOT of people are either vegan and or don't eat pork or red meat. It should be an option for us.

The room was very spacious, we had a small kitchenette that had all the amenities we needed. Very quiet too, although I knew I had neighbors, I did not hear them. The bed was comfortable. Good firm matress.

Breakfast was disappointing: scrambled eggs, sausage, 4 kinds of cereals, yoghurt , bagels and muffins. No slice of bread. The parking that was included, was not honored. Valet said our car was an oversized vehicle. We drive a pickup truck, 6ft bed. We ended up parking it ourselves , probably in the same garage where he was supposed to do so. Ended up paying $48 for 1 night.

We enjoyed being on the 20th floor to celebrate our 33rd anniversary and the shower with the different streams was wonderful. The breakfast was very good with the variety of choices.

We did not like that the valet could not park our truck in the parking garage and that we had to park it in a garage around the corner. This should be mentioned on the website so people will know in advance.

shower was amazing. Staff was friendly and supportive. Room was clean and comfortable. Will come back. It was a 10 minutes walk from the square.

parking was 50 bucks. They don’t tell you there is a parking lot one block away that charges you 28. Breakfast was a bit weak. Only pork sausage, no bacon for example. Location was a bit rough with homeless all around.

Proximity to restaurants and sports venues. In walking distance of professional football and basketball arenas. Great restaurants within a 5 minutes walk of the hotel in all directions.

Parking was at a nearby garage. It was cold and raining. Valet parking would have cost $100 for a 2 night stay otherwise.

The room was fantastic, the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The staff where top notch extremely polite and nice will definitely keep this hotel in mind when I return to Atlanta
