We were in town for a conference at State Farm Arena. The walk was short and convenient. We initially booked 2 nights, but unexpectedly needed to arrive early. The staff was very accommodating and worked everything out right away for us with a very friendly attitude. The valet was exceptional, especially on the day we left. We had to leave our car and luggage while we attended the conference, as did many others. After the conference was over, the valet staff were all working swiftly and without complaint, helping everyone retrieve their belongings and their vehicles. It could have very easily been chaos, but the staff were top notch in handling it and remaining calm. The room was excellent. We had a studio. If we had needed to cook, we had everything we needed to do so. There was a margarita machine in the room, which was a huge surprise, even though we didn't use it. If we have to stay in Atlanta again, we will definitely come back to Margaritaville Resort and Hotel.

The room was great. Love the decor and having a mini kitchen was a big plus. Huge bathroom. Great location - close to Centennial Park and the Georgia Aquarium.

The Vacation Club pitch!! I was not staying there for any other reason than a nice hotel that was conveniently located to the events my family and I had planned. They bugged us on at least two occasions.

Employees were very nice and accommodating. Spacious place, bath room living room and bedroom had a lot of space. Nice floor to ceiling windows.

They did try to get us to buy into the attraction packages but once we said no they didnt bother further. The rooms are a bit misleading, i saw other pictures of the updated rooms vs the updated ones. Would have liked to pick, the room i had, although nice had a weird Hawaiian beach theme to the room that just through the vibe off: but overall cant complain!

The roof top pool was great, the kids went swimming multiple times a day and the towels were always well stocked and we never had an issue finding a chair to sit in. The rooms were quite large and well decorated and the place was very clean. It was close to many attractions in the city. There were fireworks in the park one night and we had a great view from our window.

Sound inside the unit traveled between all the rooms but we never heard sounds out side of unit except the street noise. The full windows are beautiful and a great view, but you can hear the street noise pretty well.

Bright not beige! So many US hotels are stuck in a decor time warp - this was bright, colourful, and fresh. The facilities were all good, and the front desk staff were lovely, and a chocolate peach? Who could refuse that!

As an RCI member for many years, I realise the Wyndham is a time share too. I found quite a disconnect between the concierge desk staff that was for the the 'owners' and the front desk staff who were for the residents - whether owners or not. If I had allowed myself I would have called a workshop for both to help develop more cohesive customer-exellcence oriented style across both teams. It seemed clear one team was on commission and the other team wasn't.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was perfect! Walking distance to most of the popular attractions (aquarium, Coca-Cola museum, college football museum, Olympic Park..) The staff were all very hospitable! Shantelle was a Rockstar! The security was top notch! Sales team was not forceful!! AND THE ROOM/SUITE WAS AMAZING!!

Wish that I could have stayed longer.

This place was pretty great as far as a family trip goes. There's a Margaritaville in the main level, the location is fantastic if you're planning on doing the Georgia Aquarium and things nearby, and there's a rooftop pool with a cocktail bar.

Prefacing this with saying that all the staff we talked with were super friendly. However, what I didn't know when I booked this location (and this may be on me) is that it's a timeshare resort. As soon as we got to the hotel, luggage in hand, we checked in and were directed to a concierge desk to get our room keys and they attempted to talk me into a timeshare presentation... That's not at all what I want to deal with after travelling all day. Again, it may be my fault for not researching the place more before booking, but it really caught me off guard.

This hotel is awesome. My husband and I stayed here to attend a football game at Mercedes Benz Stadium and could not have been happier. The hotel is newer, so everything looked fresh and clean. The room has everything you need and more, including a full refrigerator, a microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We had a little too much fun at the rooftop pool/bar and the food at Margaritaville is yummy. This is a timeshare resort hotel, so I was worried that we'd be harassed to attend a sales meeting, but that wasn't the case at all. When checking in and getting wristbands they asked if we were interested in getting a "tour" of the property, which we respectfully declined. The next day we received a call in our room asking again and we got an offer for a gift card to attend which we declined. That was it! Staff was friendly and I'll definitely stay again. Location is perfect, easy walk to the stadium and restaurants.

The only thing missing in the room is a full-length mirror. Also, we loved Margaritaville restaurant and wanted to go back, but unfortunately, we were turned away twice during our stay because the kitchen was so backed up.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my daughter's birthday celebration. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the surprise they arranged—complete with a bottle of wine, balloons, a thoughtful card, and snacks—made her celebration truly special. Plus DJ LaShay Karaoke Night was so fun!!!!!

We had a fantastic week at Club Wyndham! I was initially a bit worried about some of the concerns of previous reviewers, but there was really no need. There is no daily housekeeping but we didn’t miss it at all. Anything you need is available upon request. The staff is personable and efficient. When we called down to get our bags brought to the room, someone was there before I could turn around. The young man knew we had been to a Braves game and was super friendly and kind with us. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Basically brand new and so very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchenette! The downtown views are spectacular. We used the rooftop pool daily and it is awesome with more gorgeous views of the city and Olympic Park. We walked easily to all the attractions nearby. Restaurants aren’t super plentiful but is you are willing to walk 4-5 blocks there is much more available. We loved Ted’s which is a stones throw from the hotel.

Very few negatives, but we did miss a jacuzzi at the pool. It was a cooler, windy week in Atlanta and it sure would have been nice. The pool was pleasant though and not cold thankfully. Also, just a note on valet. Quite pricey. We used Spot Hero to book a spot very close for the week at about the cost of a day’s valet price.
