The hotel was very nice and clean. I was provided with a modern room with cable and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was outstanding, and the water got hot just enough for comfort. The staff was friendly and professional. The free breakfast was good. The hotel is in a prime location!

I selected self-parking because of construction taking place during my stay and it blocked the valet parking area. Although the parking garage is directly attached to the hotel, you can not pay a daily rate fee unless you are using valet parking which costs $50.00 per day. If you self-park, you are paying every time you leave the hotel. It would be better if you could pay a flat rate and use your key card to enter and leave the parking garage. Overall I saved about $35.00 with self-parking, it could have been convenient if paying a flat rate was available.

The hotel is located in the walking distance from the Olympic park, Atlanta aquarium and Congress centre. The beds were quite comfortable. You don't hear any noise from outside in the rooms.

In part of the rooms there is no wiev at all (you just look at a wall of the building next to the hotel). There was a constant flow of air from the ventilation even when you turn off the air conditioning, which was very noisy, especially during the night. Staff at the breakfast of various quality - sometimes very nice, sometimes did not bring water or anything. Nothing like breakfast included is possible (although there is this option on Booking)

I liked how nice the hotel was and the location of it. It is very secure as well, that is a plus. I loved the fact that getting in contact was super EASY. I like how they contact their clients through a text message. That is so up to date and I have NEVER seen any other hotel do that. I loved that feature.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel, everything was great.

The hotel was exceptioanally clean and tastefully decorated. Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming and quick to help if needed. The valet staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The location was perfect for our needs and within easy walking distance of downtown attractions. There are a number of homeless people in the area, but they were not a problem. They were friendly or kept to themselves. We never felt threatened, even when walking back to the hotel after 11 pm. The homeless are unfortunately just a part of city life. This should not deter you from staying at this wonderful hotel.

Nothing. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and plan to stay here again if visiting Atlanta.

Downtown location close to everything is a huge plus. It was very clean, modern, and spacious. The touches of art throughout the hotel add a sense of class that can be hard to find these days. This extended to the room as well.

I didn't like having to take two separate elevators to get to my room each time. Bit of a pain. The front swindel doors were also down forcing people to push their way in. Room service could also practice a little more attention to detail.

I had a corner room with a view overlooking Peachtree Street, so that was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good and the Old Fashioned I ordered at the bar was actually made correctly. So, bonus points for not loading my drink up with fruit.

No fridge in the room was really weird for a hotel with as large of a room as we had. And $55/night for parking is still steep, even for downtown Atlanta. Ouch! Finally, the room was not ready when we showed up after check-in time.

The best part was the staff....so friendly helpful and professional. The room was delightful as was the restaurant. And the staff was so helpful with all our questions before we even arrived.

We had a bit of trouble with the in room thermostat and heating...seemed to blow cold air many times.

Unfortunately, My wife left her necklace on the ironing board and when we returned it was no longer there. Such a sad experience because it was a sentimental piece with our grand children names on it.

The room was clean, well-kept, and modern. I first thought the hotel was well cared for, and the room layout was aesthetically appealing. The bedroom had a desk for working, the curtains blocked the sun when closed, and the bathroom was comfortable. The bathroom came with two-level shower heads with excellent water pressure. The shower had a nice feature, with the on/off separated from the shower head. There were plenty of outlets for mobile devices, and connection to the internet was a simple process. The floors were clean, and the room smelled pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was nothing to report that was adverse to the stay.

The only negative was the staff. Parking attendant wasn’t clear and friendly. Front desk clerk was short. The male front desk was amazing but both females didn’t respond well to our 3 yo great niece.
