Pleasantly Surprised! Watching Hollywood movies, I always had a scary image of motels in my mind! However, due to budget constraints, I ended up booking this motel adjacent to my conference hotel in downtown Atlanta—and wala! it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! The stay was genuinely comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, often greeting with a smile. The facilities were quite good for the price. Although the lift was a bit slow and could use an upgrade, everything else made up for it. The room service was prompt and consistent every day, and all the essential amenities were available. One little highlight: they had a great steam iron in the room—so good that I’m now planning to buy the same one for myself! It's perfectly fine that there was no tea or coffee provided in the room, but it would be great if they could at least offer bottled water for guests. Overall, a very good motel experience. I would definitely recommend it to other budget-conscious travellers looking for a clean, safe, and pleasant stay.

Location, location, location. This was my second time staying here, and it didn't disappoint. The room has basic necessities, but the room exceeds my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfy for me, fridge snd microwave worked fine. If you need the basic essentials in a room to be close to downtown, this is the place to be. Parking is 15$ per night, but I didn't mind that at all because I was able to park in the front. Great price for the stay, and if you're a clean freak like myself, just bring your own lysol wipes and gloves to wipe down everything. Overall, I will definitely stay here again when Im going to an event on Atlanta

Nothing, but the elevator was out for a while. I prefer the stairs but if you have a lot of luggage then that may be an inconvenience.

I have reviewed this place so many times I'm running out of new things to say about it. It's nice and close to downtown. A quick Uber/Lyft ride if you don't want to drive. The hotel has been refurbished in recent years and the rooms are all clean and comfortable. The pricing is always reasonable. Every employee I've ever encountered has been friendly and accommodating. This is the only place I stay in downtown Atlanta.

They have recently added key card pads to the parking garage underneath the hotel. Undoubtedly for security and I can understand why. However this makes leaving after final checkout a little complicated since you can't enter the parking area after leaving the elevator if you don't have a key card.

I have reviewed this location many, many times. We have stayed in this hotel more than any other, anywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly. They were very helpful with early check-in. The person at the desk upon checkout was very pleasant as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They are among the few hotels downtown with their own parking lot and garage. This certainly adds value, although there is a small fee. They seemed to have done maintenance on the elevator since my previous stay because we had no issues this time.

I've mentioned this before but the actual street the hotel is located on is extremely busy and can be difficult to get in and out of at times. Not the hotel's fault. Just setting expectations. I'd still love to see a breakfast option, even continental. This is a very consistent hotel that I'll be staying at again very soon.

The location was close to everything, the bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing in getting my reservation modified at the last minute, I really appreciate the service of going above and beyond ☺️🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The noise of one of the customers in the hallway late at night was terrible, I had to call the front desk due to them kicking and banging on their door really hard! One of the bath rags had stains that looked hard to remove from laundry.

Room was good, it was clean and had everything we needed, the bedcover brightened the room up nicely. Was great having a balcony to let natural light and fresh air in and as it was a closed off balcony and not a thoroughfare we could leave the door open while in the room. Hair dryers are available, just ask at reception. Location was good, is it on the outskirts, but only 10minutes walk to public transport and the park. Some eating options are also just down the road. We walked everywhere during the day and early evening, walking back late at night we didn't end up experiencing, by chance we were driven home so cannot comment on safety at night. Shout out to the cleaning crew, could see they make an effort. The gentleman cleaning the floor at checkin notified the reception we were there and also got the elevator for us and saw him daily checking the front parking area for rubbish etc. We were able to store our luggage when leaving and our room was ready when we arrived at 11am.

The property had everything we needed and all little extras; vending machines, complimentary coffee and water station etc. Only suggestion is could make a tiny bit of effort to make the foyer and outside a little more inviting, paint a wall a nice colour or add some pot plants lol.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and everything was modern and comfortable. The location is convenient to convention areas and adjacent to much more expensive hotels. It is also walkable by about 15 minutes to many of Atlanta's biggest attractions like the Aquarium and the MARTA (subway) system. The water pressure, etc, all met expectations. Although it was near a highway, it was relatively quiet (I had a room opposite the highway).

The common areas were a little run-down, including the stairwells, small parking lot, elevator, and lobby. That wasn't a problem for me. The hotel felt as if it was in a weird corner of downtown, and the City could do more to keep the sidewalks, etc, in that area well-kept, but that is not the hotel's fault. I didn't come with a car for this trip, so I have no comment on the parking accommodations.

This is our home away from home in Downtown Atlanta. I've actually stayed here often enough for the man at the front desk to recognize me when checking in. The rooms have been renovated. The beds are comfortable. The location is good although traffic can be crazy when trying to turn into the hotel!! They have a secure parking garage which is nice. I mentioned this in my previous review but the elevator definitely needs serviced. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times. The pricing is reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have their own parking garage which is very rare in downtown ATL. They are about a 5-6 minute Uber ride from Centennial Olympic Park, The Tabernacle, SkyView, Margaritaville, Park Bar, etc. We will continue to stay here in the future.

The elevator is old and appears to need maintenance. Once we couldn't get the door to remain closed. It opened over and over until we took the stairs.

Hotel located in the Downtown Atlanta. You can walk during the day to many places and touristic atractions. Lighting of the room was great. Room was very spacious with a big bed. Nice furniture and TV. Microwave and refrigerator. internet speed waa good. Controled. There is vendors machine on the property.

The balcony is ugly. Looks like part of an abandoned building. Smoking there is not permitted.
