I have reviewed this location many, many times. We have stayed in this hotel more than any other, anywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly. They were very helpful with early check-in. The person at the desk upon checkout was very pleasant as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They are among the few hotels downtown with their own parking lot and garage. This certainly adds value, although there is a small fee. They seemed to have done maintenance on the elevator since my previous stay because we had no issues this time.

I've mentioned this before but the actual street the hotel is located on is extremely busy and can be difficult to get in and out of at times. Not the hotel's fault. Just setting expectations. I'd still love to see a breakfast option, even continental. This is a very consistent hotel that I'll be staying at again very soon.

Room was good, it was clean and had everything we needed, the bedcover brightened the room up nicely. Was great having a balcony to let natural light and fresh air in and as it was a closed off balcony and not a thoroughfare we could leave the door open while in the room. Hair dryers are available, just ask at reception. Location was good, is it on the outskirts, but only 10minutes walk to public transport and the park. Some eating options are also just down the road. We walked everywhere during the day and early evening, walking back late at night we didn't end up experiencing, by chance we were driven home so cannot comment on safety at night. Shout out to the cleaning crew, could see they make an effort. The gentleman cleaning the floor at checkin notified the reception we were there and also got the elevator for us and saw him daily checking the front parking area for rubbish etc. We were able to store our luggage when leaving and our room was ready when we arrived at 11am.

The property had everything we needed and all little extras; vending machines, complimentary coffee and water station etc. Only suggestion is could make a tiny bit of effort to make the foyer and outside a little more inviting, paint a wall a nice colour or add some pot plants lol.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and everything was modern and comfortable. The location is convenient to convention areas and adjacent to much more expensive hotels. It is also walkable by about 15 minutes to many of Atlanta's biggest attractions like the Aquarium and the MARTA (subway) system. The water pressure, etc, all met expectations. Although it was near a highway, it was relatively quiet (I had a room opposite the highway).

The common areas were a little run-down, including the stairwells, small parking lot, elevator, and lobby. That wasn't a problem for me. The hotel felt as if it was in a weird corner of downtown, and the City could do more to keep the sidewalks, etc, in that area well-kept, but that is not the hotel's fault. I didn't come with a car for this trip, so I have no comment on the parking accommodations.

This is our home away from home in Downtown Atlanta. I've actually stayed here often enough for the man at the front desk to recognize me when checking in. The rooms have been renovated. The beds are comfortable. The location is good although traffic can be crazy when trying to turn into the hotel!! They have a secure parking garage which is nice. I mentioned this in my previous review but the elevator definitely needs serviced. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times. The pricing is reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have their own parking garage which is very rare in downtown ATL. They are about a 5-6 minute Uber ride from Centennial Olympic Park, The Tabernacle, SkyView, Margaritaville, Park Bar, etc. We will continue to stay here in the future.

The elevator is old and appears to need maintenance. Once we couldn't get the door to remain closed. It opened over and over until we took the stairs.

Due to the significant time zone difference, our arrival in the city mandated a very early morning arrival. Fortunately, the gracious lady at the front desk accommodated our request, allowing us to check in early. This proved invaluable as I had a morning presentation, providing me with the opportunity to refresh before the session. The morning coffee also caught our favor, a notable amenity that is not offered by many hotels. Another commendable feature was the presence of a minibar and a microwave, conveniences often absent in numerous establishments. The room's air conditioning was particularly efficient, maintaining a cozy ambiance despite the cold temperatures outside. The location is convenient if you like to take the subway. Overall, our stay was enhanced by thoughtful amenities and considerate service.

This motel was great for our needs. We spent one night in Atlanta, and needed a place to shower and sleep. Our room had everything we could have needed: shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, an iron and ironing board, and a place to hang clothes. I also appreciated the safety of having to use your room key to access the hallway from the stairwell. My brother’s only complaint was that the overhead lighting was harsh.

I always stay at this location in downtown ATL. The prices are reasonable. The rooms have recently been renovated and are very comfortable and clean. I personally like that the entire property is non smoking. The parking garage is secure.

I wish they would start offering breakfast. Also charging extra to park at the property you are staying at seems a little unreasonable but at least it doesn't cost much. Oh and traffic is always HORRIBLE on the street next to the hotel so be prepared to fight your way over.

The amenities were great at the price point offered. The room came with a working fridge, microwave, HD TV with full HD satellite television service. The rooms are also very well lit with extra seating and a table with a reading light. Everything looked just as good as it does in the listing photo. The bathroom even has an anti-fog mirror which is perfect for personal grooming after taking a shower. The hotel is located within the hotel district of Atlanta and the Marriot and Hilton towers can be seen from the entrance facing rooms, and Highway 85 can be seen from the back facing rooms. The rooms also come with a private balcony . The hotel is about a mile away from Centennial Park and Coca Cola world.

The hotel only has one entrance/exit facing Courtland NE Street, which is a one-way street, So have to make sure you get into the correct lane to turn to make the entrance. There's paid parking on the ground floor and a parking basement with access to the hotel's main elevator. The parking deck also only has one way in and out.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean. They have a private (paid) parking garage with a gate. The prices are reasonable. The beds are comfortable. The room had a balcony. I like that the property is non-smoking. I'll be staying again next month.

Any sort of breakfast would be nice. Paying to park where you are already paying for a room doesn't make a lot of sense but it is what it is. No free parking in Downtown ATL.
