Location was awesome. Staff was super helpful.

Cleanliness. The elevator glass on more than one elevator had “stuff” all over it. Bathroom in my room had smears. The room didn’t seem to have been vacuumed well. The hotel itself while nice seemed like it needed a bit of a deep clean

The staff was very polite, and I felt safe to walk around the hotel alone. The view was AMAZING. The bed was comfortable even though I had to clean the area around the bed a little.

I did not like the fact that the bed had hair on it (not much), the bathroom had hair on the floor and tub area, the tub needed to be scrubbed a little due to the appearance of soap scum or dirt at the bottom of the tub, food was on and around the bed area, very dusty around the window area and a scarf was left in the room near the cups and ice bucket.

Liked how beautiful it was. The view from the room was beautiful. Location was great for walking where we needed to go

The shower didn't work properly. We had tobcall maintenance

Great view from my room, clean environment, beautiful hotel, friendly staff.

There was a water main break on Friday/Saturday but the hotel tried with providing necessary communication and bottled water. I understand it was not the hotel’s fault. Moreover, I would have wanted an indoor restaurant with actual food for odd hours/nighttime

Great location in downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also a wonderful view from the room. Breakfast also great.

One day our room wasn't cleaned even though I asked for it. In general I would say that cleanness is not the best, even though it was okay. The restaurant High velocity wasn't as good as expected. I asked for a Caesar salad with salmon and it took them a lot to bring it . Also it was dry and not worth the price. .

It was absolutely gorgeous!! Though we were in a rough part of town, it felt safe with police/guard presence and valet parking for our vehicle. The views of the city were great!

The area was not the best and it didn’t feel safe to walk anywhere outside of the hotel.

First shift valet was not on point they are rude and you still have to wait a long time before you get your car second shift came the night shift everything was right? Everybody got the car on time.

It’s nice and downtown. So not far from Mercedes dome and State Farm Arena.

Parking. Valet is expensive. But if you park next door in the parking garage it’s much cheaper

The key cards to our rooms don’t work most of the time for the elevator or our room. There were no managers around to fix the situation.

The appearance how appealing it was, located in downtown Atlanta right by Mercedes Benz stadium and state farm arena. Great walking distance to other stores, restaurants, and attractions.

That if you weren't a Marriott member that the Wi-Fi had to be paid for on a daily. :/ but everything else was fine.
