From minute 1 when we stepped inside the door the hospitality and welcome was second to none. We were celebrating our honeymoon and there was a lovely note and origami love hearts left out in our room. I can't remember the front of house staff who checked us in or the others who I met along the way but all staff were unbelievable. So so good.

Loved the bar and the pretty courtyard. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night to attend a concert.

The room DIDN'T have a coffee maker!! If you like a cup of coffee in the evening, you're out of luck. There's no free coffee in the hotel!! You have to buy it at the bar in the morning.

the lady at the front Mrs. Chyann was so sweet and helpful. I will most definitely be visiting again.

How small the rooms are but it was great. We really didn't have any dislikes.

We had just 24hrs in Atlanta during our US Roadtrip and this hotel was our favourite. Great location and it felt like a proper getaway. We are from the UK and we love The Walking Dead. We walked to The Jackson Street Bridge in the morning. We visited Ponce City Market for dinner in the evening and also walked to the Martin Luther King Jr National Historic Park from the hotel. Staff were super friendly, the hotel smelt and look beautiful and we loved our room. It was our best nights stay and best sleep of the whole 2.5 weeks trip. We'd definately recommend and would 100% stay again.

The only little negative if I had to give one is that we were given a little paper crane each at checkin to swap for a free cocktail each at the bar which we were told opened until 11pm. We went at 10.30 after our evening out but the bar was already closed.

Modern and well decorated hotel. Very good location, walking distance to Ponce City Market. Clean and comfortable.

The price was excellent. The bar/restaurant area was wonderful. In a great location in the old four ward but in a quiet area to be in Atlanta. Rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Bed wax comfortable. They are pet friendly and pets don’t cost extra. There is plenty of room to walk your dog. The courtyard looked very nice although I didn’t go out there. Staff was very friendly. When I travel i usually get a Vrbo because the experience at hotels is terrible. This one was not and I was alone for just one night.

The rooms are a bit small but they did not skimp on amenities in the rooms. Only down side is the tv was on the wall to the right of the bed. Wasn’t an issue like I thought it would be.

The property was conveniently located to everything that we wanted to do during our stay, and was walking distance to the Ponce Market! We also really loved the courtyard and the lobby setup. Mike at the front desk was exceptional, he provided top tier customer service and accommodated my request to move into an upgraded room. Mike went above and beyond for us during our stay, and deserves a promotion!

I originally booked the cozy queen, and it was very small and tight. The housekeeping could be a bit better, or room floor was dirty and sticky, and the hallway floors needed vacuumed.

Mike at the front desk upon check-in was the absolute BEST!! I requested prior to checking in a top floor room. Mike went out of his way to make sure that was ready but went a step further and provided a room facing the courtyard and not the street for a quieter experience! The bed and pillows are soooo comfy! The property and lobby is so unique with a nice courtyard and bar for Lounging. Property is close to restaurants, Ponce City Market, and getting on the East Beltine!

Had one little hiccup with the rooms wall remote for the blackout blinds. They went up and didn’t go down. It was too late in evening for maintenance to take a look. Also the $30 parking fee is steep. It’s parking in front of the hotel and not protected by a gate.
