Our room was very clean and roomy. I loved seeing the Fox Theater sign from the window. The staff was really outgoing and friendly.

It was really nice that you could get your eggs to order. The chef was so busy trying to keep up. It would have been nice if there were more options on the buffet part of the breakfast. I was disappointed to see no pastries. There were bagels but no cream cheese or butter. It turns out they were on the other side of the room by the coffee. Sausage or bacon on the buffet would have been a great accompaniment to fresh cooked eggs or French toast.

The staff were incredibly friendly! They made you feel not only welcome there but like they wanted you there. Everything was clean and very well organized. Our room had a fantastic view of the city and was in the perfect location. Everywhere we wanted to go was a quick 10 minute drive away. The main level restaurant was amazing and the complimentary breakfast as well. Love this location and will book again!

We went to see a show at the Fox Theater. It was literally right across the side street. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Two of the electric plugs didn't work that we needed (1 in the bathroom, which also controlled the vanity light and the other for the coffee pot). When the front desk was notified they immediately got on the problem.

The breakfast was good.It was prepared by a professional chef. You can watch them prepare your meal fresh by individual orders. I truly enjoyed it. Served hot and you also had someone who cleared plates as you finished your meals.very polite and professional. As you walked in the breakfast area they took your room number and you were able to sit at any table available.

Complimentary breakfast was a plus and staff at breakfast was excellent. Good selection of food

Staff at check in could have communicated better about amenities. We didn't know they had filtered water, instead of the omplimentary bottled water we were accustomed to receiving at Courtyard

Easy booking! I reserved a king bed but confirmation listed queen bed. Quick call to Element and my room was changed to king bed. Staff was wonderful, breakfast that was included was great. Best coffee ever. And, the mattress was so comfortable. Really happy all around. Thank you!

It was easy to locate and not to far from the State Farm Arena where we went to see a comedy show.

The way the parking garage is set up is very treacherous. Didn’t like the hug spiral we had to go up to get to the parking deck. And then had to come back down it to leave.

Nice area, bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice

Bathroom sink had very low water pressure. “Engineering “ showed up late one evening to fix my remote which did have some lag but I had not reported it

I didn't like that the Courtyard by Marriott charged me 60 for parking and I was not staying there. The hotel I was staying in already had their own parking fee.

Location was key for a show at the Fox Theatre. The bar and restaurant had comparable prices to others in the area. We were upgraded to a larger room at check-in and it was very spacious and clean.

Garage parking upon arrival was confusing - the ticket machine showed one price while the hotel website said another. We only learned after checking in that the hotel takes your ticket and charges you for it inside the hotel rather than at the garage entrance/exit. Only other complaint was the pillows. They were super soft and provided no support yet doubling up on them wasn’t any better. My partner and I unfortunately both woke up with sore necks the next morning.
