Decent place

Needed to be cleaner especially bathroom and food was left in the fridge

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. WiFi was good, and in-room refrigerator was cold, so overall no complaints there. The location was convenient for access to highways, restaurants and shops, and secluded enough that it was very quiet with no problematic traffic/people noise during my stay.

Nothing of significant note, I enjoyed the stay overall.

Loved the staff! We accidentally booked the wrong night but the staff went out of their way to fix it instead of booking customer service. The owner even offered us a ride when we went to go get food. Very homely hospitality and accepted a late checkout when I requested it. Best hotel I’ve stayed in a while!!

Only complaint was the WiFi was very slow or didn’t work at all sometimes.

I found Masters Inn clean place to stay. The bed was properly made and it was comfortable. The furniture looks run down but kept clean.

The furniture in the room was old but the hotel staff maintained it.

Seemed secure, did not have bad odors, staff ready at the window, I had placed some notes with my request and they sent a reply right away. They also had a courtesy coffee.

I was a bit uncertain about the different levels of the building’s corridor at the top floor because I had few bags and wasn’t sure if I would fit. Funny.

Staff was nice and although they say the area is not bad, everybody was pretty friendly to me sometimes people just see Black people and automatically think bad things unfortunately I’m used to that the bed was comfortable and the water got hot. Those are the things that I care about.

The employees were all nice and understanding

My ac was leaking inside my room. I told the office and they came 2 days back to back and got the problem fixed no hesitation no attitude nothing but professional courtesy

the office staff was friendly and helpful, the shower was good pressure and temperature, cable tv in the room, and comfortable beds. i liked that it was close to the interstate and easy to find.

the random people walking around that weren’t staying at the hotel, bothering people, but the management took care of it.

The rooms was nice and area was quiet during my stay. The lady at the front door was very polite. Met the owner and he was polite as well.

I actually only stayed one night but it was really fast to check in/out, the room was very clean & modern meaning furniture & bed did not seem old. It was on a Thursday so parking was not an issue at all. Really close to fast food & gas station which I cared about actually so really good to be honest.

Towels could be a little longer that’s all.
