we came on the Apr 26th, around 2am we was giving a room where someone already was checked into. This was very scary, I honestly wanted to leave that night. we went back to front desk and she didn’t do anything about it but stated she is sorry. On Apr28 we went to the front desk that morning and spoke with Dom she was very very understanding and took what happened into consideration. very thankful for Dom she provided excellent customer service

The first room there was a guest inside it. The second room was very dirty on the outside, there was plumbing tool’s outside the room the whole time

I booked at last minute because we had problem with another hotel. Check in and check out super quickly. The room was spacious, equipped mini kitchen with full size fridge, plus a few of utensils, toilet was clean and roomy. We stayed on second floor, kinda quiet and private. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool

Staffs were less friendly. There was not hot breakfast

first & foremost was the wonderful service from the office to the staff & especially the general mgr was the best I have experienced in all my travels. The very large room suite accommodations; the cleanliness of entire property from impeccable suite, the extensive grounds & all amenities; truly puppy friendly w many walks circling the entire property.

Loved everything about this property; I look forward to returning soon & often.

The units are very complete, well organized and nicely laid out. They have a good grab and go breakfast. Best location for a short commute to address where I'm working while in Atlanta. Road noise bad the first night but all in all a great value.

i was a woman traveling alone. I liked being on the ground floor but the door to the unit was under a dark stairwell and there was no outside light. Wasn't a good safety situation. the location is so great for the reason I'm in the area I've booked there again but sent a note to be in a better lighted room. Unit was great and gave them an 8 but on the question of safety I would give a 5

I haven't got my 100 dollar's back for the deposit they said 5 day's I haven't got it yet

Overall I like the different unit set-ups and made for more comfortable long stay. And washer/dryers were great!

You need a better workout facility. And you need a better breakfast option. And give more towels per room at a time. And I would provide a hairdryer in each unit.

The location was exactly what we needed. Convenient access to Marta so we could get into the city without figuring traffic and parking. There are a good selection of restaurants and shopping for general needs in the area, and the surrounding neighborhood is very nice.

I would have preferred to have some sort of breakfast available. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I loved the room it was very homey and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was it took me so long to get I to my room because the clerk kept giving me a key that didn't work to the room I'm suppose to be in. It was late at night and I was 😫 just getting in town and I was getting tired because of the inconvenience of it all.

It was big enough rooms , staff was great , easy to find plus price was good overall great place to stay I will be back again.

My TV in where the double beds was didn't work or some of the plugs . Also breakfast could have been a little bit better but it was ok. But I know they will get it straightened
