I like the renovation. Nice interior design and furniture

I had to switch to another room and was told that the availability was low. There was a smell. The microwave was missing a piece of equipment that the plate spins on. The tv didn’t have any channels that would play and the universal remote isn’t programmed properly or isn’t compatible. The bathroom sink is missing a piece of equipment.

Overall my experience was great and the employees were amazing as always!!! My room did have one issue which was that the a/c condensation was leaking onto the floor of the room. I let the general manager know that this was happening Saturday morning and when I returned that evening it was fixed and never leaked again!!!!

The location and the staff were really great. The hotel property was clean and kept nice and security was there at night, which I loved that !

The room had some things that needed to be fixed. Like mold in the bathroom and an old leak spot not fixed, minor things. Fresh paint would be nice above the bed it had marks of paint chipped off. The floor was sticky, and chairs needed a good scrubbing.

The price

My microwave wasn’t clean at all and I found a dead bug in my room in the bathroom. The walls need to be cleaned off & around the baseboards. Just because it’s a cheap hotel doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to be cleaned properly. Other than that it was a good stay….oh yea the elevator was broke and I was on the 4th floor 😩 definitely an inconvenience.

Both sinks’ water weren’t getting hot. No dish rags. The lid over the ac controlling module was missing a latch so it can easily come off. The microwave’s interior is in alright condition. I did spot a couple roaches tho which was surprising

Everything about the property.

The fact that I was being harassed and lured into someone who knew who and where I was the weekend during visit uninvited for a very suspicious reason I won’t speak on unless you needed more information on this matter.

The staff is extremely pleasant and goes above and beyond for your needs! Everyone is extremely friendly too.

The room had a mildew smell, the wall outlet where the table is placed is falling out. The manager told me the room still needed a few repairs

Nice room and staff overall

Tv had some darken lcd issues but it’s not that big of a problem. Paint was chipping a little in the shower but nothing too noticeable.

My shower doesn’t get hot, knob comes off and need a screw.. cabinet missing a door and the stove light doesn’t come on.. nothing major just a few things to help fix up the area
