The young guy,has a great customer service aspect. People really respect him. I like that the vending machines take card payments. The air conditioning in most rooms work outstandingly.

Some rooms do not have microwave and refrigerator. There might be a few tubs that do not drain well so you're basically gonna shower with your dirt or not shower at all. Sad, hopefully the plumbing will get better. Not gonna discourage me from booking here as long as I'm treated fairly like so far.

The location was perfect👍 just a 40 minute train ride from my job. No Bus!🙌

At first the King room we had, had nothing (ex. No working phone, no microwave, no iron), but the next day the front desk put us in a much better king room. Now we had everything except a phone🤷 That was fine because we had everything that we needed in this room.

I like the price. It was a fair deal . I was just looking for a decent place to rest my head for the night.

Not alot to complain about. You get what you pay for. It was a tad better than I expected over all. The toilet was a nightmare though. It barely flushed. I need my stuff to go all the way down, you dig? Other than that, it was good.

Location was ok, although it was difficult getting into the hotel from the main road due to construction. Room was quiet and i was able to rest well.

Room was majorly out dated. The toliet was very low to the ground. The room and hallways smelled of old cigarette smoke even though it is non-smoking hotel. The 50 dollar deposit should have been posyed on this website. None of the vending machines worked. The room did not have adequate security locks.

I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. But the check-in process was very quick, once someone eventually showed up to the desk. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The area was a little sketchy after dark but for the price and comfort is definitely worth it! I will be returning when I'm in the area.

The staffing could be more courteous and show a higher quality of respect. It’s not just for their establishment but as humbled and caring. I don’t think I’ve seen one smile from a staff member or felt noticed. Actually, my service animal got more noticed that I did

I don't know if the motel provide breakfast.. I did not ask when I stayed at motel last week..

Old carpets in the room needs an upgrade and in the hallway . Hallways are always hot as hell.. One man who are from another country.. He looks wicked and he has gotten sassy with me when I was checking in the motel two weeks ago.

I liked how they accommodate me when I needed service, and they make sure security is around to keep customers and themselves safe

The carpet needs to be Changed because it looks to be wear and tear.

Location; 2 mins from I-285 and gas station Many Mexican and Korean restaurants. Also fast food.

The hugh stains on hallway carpets. Also carpet stains in rooms.
