I bc loved the location, and the staff was great. The whole facility was clean.

The only downside of this place was guests disrespecting the “No Smoking” sign. It smelled like marihuana inside, walking down the hallways!

The front desk staff were amazing. They were kind and personable. One gentleman at the front made conversation and was very kind, I didn’t think to get his name but he worked both the evening of 4/26 and 4/27.

When we booked our reservation, we were unaware that the pool was closed and only open seasonally. The pool was one of the selling points for us so we were very disappointed upon checking in to learn it was not open. Staff was amazing and room was clean.

The staff was some of the nicest people me and my sister had ever met. They insured we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay! They we very informative and helpful especially Antonio! One woman that was working overnight whose name I can't seem to recall even went as far as offering tea to my younger sister when she wasn't feeling well! They went above and beyond, we will be staying here again!

There really isn't much we didn't like, the room could've used a little TLC and better lighting but overall clean!

Customer service was great

The hotel had a conference and all the guests had to park in the back, which I thought was unacceptable. I talk to the people at the front desk. They said they had talked to the manager the manager said there was nothing we could do one night I came in and I did not have my car key and I had to walk from the back all the way around to the front. I think the people in the conference should’ve parked in the back you should’ve had parking.

The location is close to everything. The front desk staff was super friendly. They give you cookies and water when you check in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in and without having to ask they made sure we got a different room immediately. We swam in the pool and while it could use a little cleaning it was really big and felt private and the kids loved it. The pool towels were great too. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The TV was really nice and we hooked our Nintendo switch up to it and were able to play games (just take your own hdmi cable) the parking was also excellent as there were multiple entrances and plenty of parking spots available even when coming back late. Would definitely stay here again.

The smell of smoke was a bit strong in one of our rooms but since it’s a non smoking property I’m not sure why. It wasn’t unbearable though so it didn’t affect our stay. The elevators could definitely use an update.

I felt safe, the room was fine, the staff was nice. Location was alright. We were able to get to the downtown locations pretty quickly. There was plenty of close parking. For the price, it was great. Price was a big factor for me.

Housekeeping could have done a better job. The sliding door into the bathroom should have been cleaned. We had to ask for more toilet paper.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to walk around, get dressed., relax. Restaurant was delicious with large portions. Shower was very nice, clean and roomy. Had anything you might need, hair dryer, iron, fridge and safe.

Barn like door was difficult to maneuver and finally came off it's hinges. We slept in and did not go to breakfast but we heard it was excellent. Next time we will attend.

I loved the location and how warm and cozy it felt. Brown bricks on the outside and well built to withstand the pendulum weather. I hear people complain about the bathroom being unlocked but I went with kids and won’t want to worry about them locking themselves in. So 🤷🏽‍♀️

There were 3 of us in one room and we asked for 4 additional pillows and were told we could only have 2. We asked for housekeeping service on day three while we were out all day and no one came.
