I think the hotel and the experience was what I expected and worth what I paid. It was clean and the pool was nice just to relax in a bit after walking all day. The bathroom is nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I think more clarity with charges could make it less stressful for the customers and the staff. There seems to be a miscommunication with booking.com and Holiday Inn concerning final cost of the room. The hidden costs are not taken into consideration before booking and they can lead to some problems when the guest arrives to check in.

The breakfast was amazing. Bob was over the top fantastic. They ran out of coke. So Bob had an associate go get some. Amazing now that’s customer service.

Th gas station across the street had a bunch of junkies around it.

This is officially my favorite spot in Atlanta. The rooms are always clean, and I mean the clean you can see and smell. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff members are always pleasant and my stay never fails to be peaceful.

The cleanest most well-maintained hotel we have been on this trip. Updated bathroom, VERY comfortable beds, amazing staff, and 5th-floor restaurant with good food. Free parking, easy to navigate. It had a pool and a gym, but I did not have a chance to go there. They let us do late check out, which gave us ample time to relax and restore as we were facing two more days on the road.

No designated pet area. The hair conditioner bottle was empty. Honestly, nothing more to point out. It was a lovely stay with clean, quiet corridors.

Evacuated from Florida for Hurricane Milton. Could not have asked for a better place to land. Felt very safe. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice. Restaurant was also very good. Staff was very accommodating. Happy to have had this hotel for my escape.

The event space was just above my room and because of this when they were clearing out the event it was quite noisy and it was midnight to 1:30am. They need to do this, I understand. AND I do want to say that when I complained they stopped. I appreciated that. Guests were in the hallway, having fun, of and on, until 2am. The hotel can’t really control this. But the guests can, they need to have some respect at this time.

Manager was prompt on handling everything quickly and with excellence!! The food and service were great on the rooftop restaurant! The atmosphere and customer service were great!! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I like the safe, free parking as well. There are also safety features throughout the hotel and an indoor pool.

I only wish the rooftop was able to be open even when the restaurant is closed but I do understand the liability, or at the indoor pool. I never know what my work hours will be and I use swimming as my exercise but that is not really things I don’t like, it’s just things I would rather have. I also love that it is right off the highway and easy to get to.

The stay was nice. The room very clean. Staff very accommodating. Parking and room access was very convenient. Check in and check out was very efficient. The location was very convenient for easy on/off the highway. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Our view from the window was a roof top. We rolled toward the middle of the bed all night. Soft? I heard a woman talking for several hours during the night. Nothing you did. Just a inconsiderate guest.

Booked because of the indoor heated pool. Never got a chance because we were running late from traffic, then had a concert to go to and pool was closed by the time we got back at 11. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The ice machines need work. Went to 3 floors and finally figured out how to get ice out a little at a time on the initial floor, 2. Didn't work on floor 3 and 5 was turned off due to noise per the sign on it. Sirens off and on all night going past the hotel and a low key noise like a vacuum running somewhere. Still not sure what that sound was coming from. Didn't get much sleep. Also, our ice bucket had dirt inside it. Everything else seemed relatively clean. Could use a deep clean in corners of bathroom/dressers.

I love that they accommodate my schedule when I have a very late or early check-in due to my doctors appointments or tests that I have scheduled. I am over 3 hours from home and have many rare health conditions. I have 8 specialists at Emory. I love the location, I feel safe being a recent widow. That's a big deal for me now, feeling safe when traveling alone. I also love that the hotel works with the hospital by allowing early check-in and discounts for patients. I have recommended your hotel to many friends and family that also have to travel to that area.

I was turned away once when it was a last-minute appointment. And was talked to rudely, even hung up on by this same lady late one evening when I called about accommodation. It was the first time that had happened, and I have been a regular customer for a few months now, so it was very upsetting.

The hotel was surprisingly clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area close to the Perimeter Mall and other shops and local stores. I particularly liked the security-you can't get to any of the rooms on the floors unless you swipe your room key in the elevator! I felt SUPER safe staying here. The staff were friendly, accommodating and professional! I will FOR SURE stay there again when I go back to Atlanta for business!

The rooftop where the restaurant is was only open from 6 am-10 am and didn't open again until 5:30 pm in the evening for dinner. This interfered with my planning of a business meeting there at 3 pm, but I was told the restaurant isn't open all day! It would have been nice to have known that ahead of time, and guests should have the option to sit in the restaurant/on the rooftop for the duration of the day. Breakfast buffett was pretty pricey ($24.00)
