HOT TUB WITH MIRRORS IN MY ROOM. How spacious my room is, the staff & Mr Patel was amazing, how quiet the hotels are, how good the in-room spa was.

How far the ice machine was that's all. Need to have ice machines on different locations of hotel property

No breakfast offered. The hotel was very well lit and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and was a good price. Would stay there again.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner in my opinion although they weren't to bad.

Liked the fact of no stairs to climb. Car is parked right outside the door for easy unloading luggage. Right off the interstate and easy access. Great location for eating and shopping. Heater worked perfect. Good housing

The access in and out is kind of weird to get to other places and the cars that were doing donuts in the turnaround there were terrible in the middle of the night

Friendly staff, easy check-in.

The parking lot is a bit difficult if you are towing a trailer - it doesn't go all the way around any of the buildings. I have stopped here twice; once with the largest size U-Haul truck and once with my truck and utility trailer. The lovely person at the desk was very helpful in finding me the best options for parking and turning.

the big jacuzzi is really what I booked for

wasn’t too clean. had hair around the tub and inside of toilet was pretty dirty. blankets smelled off. I was really just ready to go home and get in my bed

Everything. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean. A/C worked amazingly. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet at night.

Nothing. Hair dryer didn’t work or maybe I couldn’t figure it out but that was so minor, it wasn’t even an issue.

It was a nice surprise to learn that Ozark was filmed here. As to the room, it was what I needed for an overnight stay. Staff was great!
